I called and asked if with the credit score that I have if i would be eligible to purchase a car. A woman answered the phone and said she would pass on the message. 2 weeks passed and no answers so i decided to go in person. I talked to the guy that was in the office and he told me he never received the message from the woman that i had talked to. If you want fast answers do not come to this place save your time and go to a place where they value your time.

Ashley always goes above and beyond to help you out. Fernando and the detailing guy are very helpful whether it's a question about your tires or brakes or detailing your vehicle. The appointment system that they have in place is great you will never be crowded while you wait for your vehicle. I definitely recommend Elite Motors for Tires,Detailing,Mechanic work or purchasing a Vehicle. You can't get customer service anywhere else like Elite Motors that's why I keep coming back. Rod and his staff are extremely professional, honest and hard working. They make buying a vehicle completely stress free by going above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Rod was able to get me into a low mileage, one year old vehicle that had all my needs/wants! I left the dealership with a huge smile on my face!
