Jami is amazing with administering vaccinations. I didn't feel a thing! Would gladly come back for her next time I need my yearly shots. I have immense anxiety with needles and she made it a non-issue.Sam's Club definitely needs a sign up page for non-members, though.

Deval in customer service was extremely patient and helpful with my membership issue. I'd just gotten my new membership card yesterday, and by today I'd lost it! Trying to resolve the issue today by phone was very frustrating,, with a lot of time on hold. Coming to the store was the best thing to do.After being a Costco member for forever, and just a now-and-then Sam's member, it's a little confusing getting used to Sam's again. One thing I do like better than at Costco is they have signage at the ends of every aisle, so you know what the heck is down that aisle, without having to physically go down EVERY aisle to find any category! But it's going to take me a minute to learn Sam's check out procedures, and they are every inch a "big box" store visually. Although Costco recently adopted Sam's abysmal "no display" clothing system, so all you see are unidentified piles of clothes on table after table, it remains to be seen which company's set up is worse. I was very surprised to learn (after I had already signed up) that Sam's basic membership does NOT include access to any benefit like "member pricing" or discounts in their vision, hearing, and pharmacy departments. Costco's basic membership includes all that.

Went in and got my groceries perfectly fine. went to the cafe to get the pizza combo the line wasn't long at all thought it would be quick. i ended up waiting 50 minutes in line, while waiting i heard the manager go on her walkie and just say they needed someone else over there and just walked off, obviously she didn't care enough to actually get someone over there or else i wouldn't have waiting for as long as i did. The lady taking orders constantly rolled her eyes at multiple people while they were ordering and then the workers stopped everything they were doing to pick up their grub hub order. Absolute terrible customers service and workers overall.

I've applied for the same position here twice a year apart did the application and their 15 minute survey each time I showed up prepared to be interviewed and they tell me the position isn't available I understand they probably filled it but BOTH times they could have had the decency to reach out and cancel the interview or maybe ask if I wanted a different position instead of me wasting my time and gas to get there The second interview was just supposed to be a free for all job fair interview but they actually reached out personally to have me come in and sit down for a more personal interview vs the job fair they were holding and still ! Didn't have the position I applied for !! Like wtf was the point ! Highly recommend not applying here bunch of games and a waste of time Their pay on site is also different when you ask in person

Carts are never brought in and will back up and block traffic. Trash everywhere. I once saw cardboard covering up a liquid on the floor vs it actually being cleaned.

This is about pickup orders. I pay a $100 fee per year for free shipping and pickup. What is the point of you scheduling when you want to pick I if yo have to wait almost 2 hours to get your order. This is frustrating when you have other things they you need to do and you plan so this fits in with your plans. I was ready to cancel my $300 order.

Reviewing just the Gas Station:If you're looking for the cheapest gas in the area, Sam's Club Gas Station is definitely the place to go. However, be prepared to wait in line as it's always unbelievably busy. One side of the pumps is blocked by a curb, which means only two cars can fill up at a time, rather than the usual one. So, it's important to pick the right time to go, or you could end up waiting for 10-15 minutes. Despite the long wait times, I keep coming back because the prices are unbeatable. Just make sure to plan accordingly and have some patience.

Never have I had a problem till now . They must have new people working they don't know what there doing and the lady was rude on the phone . I called my meds in on a couple of days before expired and waited about week later after no text to find out they did not fill it and now I don't have any meds because it is expired and cant get an appointment in time I mean it is only Blood Pressure meds not like the narcotics for them not to feel it on time ..

The bakery is a joke. I tried to place an order for 6 trays of cookies and today is Tuesday and they couldn't fill it until next MAYBE Monday? And if you ask for a manager, she refuses to talk...

My sister sent me to pick up some pizzas she had ordered, but apparently I wasn't even supposed to be able to get in the door without a membership. Thankfully, the cafe staff were nice and scanned me through anyway. The pizzas were delicious and good value. :-)

I ordered an online product and it was supposed to be delivered last week, I called the support to find out where my package is and they don't know because the tracking number won't work so now I'm out of product and time!! All they want to do is REFUND ME??! Why can't they just contact their delivery people and find out why they can't pick it up??!

(5th review of 2022) I usually order online pick up on my app, but recently my app isn't letting me check out. So I have to finalize my order on my computer, which is a little inconvenient. The techs are looking into it, but this issue has been goin on for over a month now. It's no biggie, but like I said, it's a little inconvenient. They do have quite a bit of things that Costco doesn't. I jus wish they had more organic items like Costco. I jus don't like bothering with the craziness of the Costco parking & inside. If Costco actually had the online/app ordering like Sam's I think they'd bank & they would have less craziness inside & out. More for Sam's I guess. This store is quick with bringing out your online curbside pick up orders. I usually am outta there in about 10 mins. I think the longest I was waiting was about 15-20 mins cause a lot of people were picking up at the same time. The store is easy to find along with the pick up location. The curbside pick up stalls are on the right side when facing the front of the store. It's right in front of the exit with about 10+/- stalls. Usually if you order first thing in the morning you can schedule pick up that same afternoon. Or you can schedule about 1-2 days in advance. The only problem is if they have limited stock when you order & you schedule pick up 1-2 days later, they might not have the item when they go to pull your order. They don't pull your order until a few hours before your scheduled pick up time. So far I haven't had a huge problem with that... crossin fingers... knock on wood. ((I wish Yelp would let us use emojis!! Hands in the air... slap the forehead!!)) A Hui Hou!!
