I called this location to verify what size pants they go up to and the person working said they only go up to a size 63 waist but the website states the pant sizes are offered up to a 70inch waist. But after going into the store, we were told they don't carry anything above a 54inch waist. It would have been fine if they just said we needed to look online but we felt very shamed and the person helping us made us feel as if we were inconveniencing their day. It's as if this men's wearhouse specifically doesn't believe that people with a bigger body or waistline are deserving of nice clothing. Bigger and larger people do get married. They do go to formal events. And they deserve to be treated with respect when looking for said clothes. The employees here need sensitivity training.

The one in Zona Rosa is way more professional and easier to work with. I sent my husband here twice for wedding related suits and him and his groomsmen and every time there was something they couldn't figure out. They also had my husbands suit ready and NEVER called or reached out to him and when he did call they had him on hold for 30 minutes trying to figure out where his outfit was before they finally said they have it. We went to the Zona location first to look and we should have stuck there.

My fiancé made an appointment for a fitting at 1pm. We walked in on time, and were standing behind another couple. After a bit someone came and asked all of us in line how they could help, we told them we had an appointment for a fitting and the employee led the entirety of the line to the rental section (even though we weren't wanting a rental; as our first time ever being here, we didn't know this is where we were going). We waited in line to be helped, somehow ending up 3rd in the rental line. After waiting for a bit the couple in front of us left (guess they got tired of waiting?), and eventually it was our turn. The gentleman that helped us was wonderful and helped answer our questions and get my fiancé fitted. Biggest problem: as were were waiting I glanced around the store and there were 5 employees standing together talking/chatting. The two employees working the rental station were working their butts off to help the 4 people in that line while the others were just chatting. It seemed they just wanted to push the work off on someone else so they could talk and/or play on their phones.

Tux was nice. However when I picked it up I was told I have 6 days to return it. Apparently I was informed wrong I used it and returned it on day 4 and was charged a late fee because I somehow returned it after the return date.

Vincent was kind and courteous, and made everything fast and streamlined. He made sure all my measurements were perfect and gave me the perfect suit for my prom, and even helped multiple other customers without making me feel as if I were less of a priority.

My son needed a tux for prom and I wanted to say that the customer service at this location was amazing! I forget the name of the person who was helping us when placing our order, unfortunately, but the fitting and answering all of my questions went so smoothly and she was so nice and helpful. When we returned everything, Amy and Vincent were so helpful and kind. I don't always write reviews but I wanted to commend all of the staff members who made this a great experience.

Renting a Tux for a formal event in Sarasota, Florida (store number 3313). Employee keyed in the wrong store number and sent my Tux to Tallahassee (3311). Had 24 hours to try and fix this and the employee I talked to actually asked "Would you like me to try and fix this?" Hmmm let me think about it... Anyway, was assured my tux would be overnighted in time for the event. Nope. Tallahassee sent Tux on a two-day shipment arriving Monday. I missed the Saturday afternoon golf event because of this and the best either store would offer was half off on a new off the rack, not tailored sports coat that I wore to a black-tie gala. Feel that a free coat should have been the least. Poor service apparently is a corporate epidemic for this franchise.

Customer service needs to be taught in this establishment . We went in today looking for a suit. No one seemed to eager to assist but finally got someone to come over. When the young blond assistant came over just had no energy whatsoever ever, seemed put out by helping. Told her needed suit, she went away for about 10 min , never engaging us on price points and what might be ball park. Instead brought over what she thought was fine. Tried on fit ok but when asked about prices she quickly got more distant and looked at us like YOU SHOULD GO ON DOWN THE LINE, we might be too good for you. She literally walked away and left us in dressing room and never returned to see if we needed anything or try and sell ANYTHING!! How do you work in sales? No personality, no drive, no salesmen-ship NOTHING! You walked away and left the customer because we mentioned a price point without even trying to see if something could maybe work. Shame on this place! Not another person acknowledge us no good bye as we left, thanks for coming in NOTHING! Worst experience we've seen in customer service in awhile. Went and bought suit across the street , ended up spending more than we thought but salesperson made a $500 sale just by taking time and listening. Never will walk in this place again!

"H" is the man. We walked in for my sons suit appointment and he took care of everything. I will always go to this store and ask directly for "H".... Everyone there was outstanding.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. The sales associates were lazy and expressed disinterest in helping. They all sat around a table and chatted instead of offering for help or answering questions. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

My wife and I just left there. I was looking for a new suit for my niece's wedding. There were at least six employees in the store doing nothing. Not one offered to help us! They were sullen and rude! The looks on their faces told us "they just couldn't be bothered!" We left the store and drove across the street to Dillards and spent a thousand on clothing for me. I will NEVER EVER shop there again!! Their loss was Dillards' gain! PS: the service at Dillards was perfect! What's the profit margin on zero sales? How sad! Be warned, this place has gone from great to terrible in recent years!

Although George Zimmer hasn't been part of Men's Wearhouse for almost a decade, I can still hear his words--"You're going to like the way you look". I think I mostly looked pissed off during my visit last week. My wife and I spent 15 or 20 minutes in the store looking for a couple pairs of pants. Although there appeared to be several employees working, none of them even acknowledged us--no greeting when we entered, no "Can I help you find something?" and no notice that we were walking out empty-handed. I even spent time in the dressing room trying on a pair of pants and no one seemed to care. Later that day I would walk out of Peter's on State Line after spending nearly $700 on new duds. I'm pretty sure the folks at MW are paid on commission and that would have been a nice sale. Oh well.

Absolute Worst Customer Service!! Went in serval weeks ago to buy a suit. Was during prom but no one even spoke to us. Picked out a suit and took it back to the dressing rooms. Again, NO ONE approached. After trying it on everything fit great but the pants needed a hem. Had to track down a seamstress to do the measures. Still NO ONE approached. Picked out a shirt and ultimately took everything to pay. THEN we were approached. Figured it was due to prom so blew it off. Went back today to pick up my suit and exchange the shirt for another size. I was told by one of the managers they would get the suit but I could get my own shirt.... I waited 20 min for the manager to appear with my suit, during which I found my own shirt. After trying the suit on, the manager ignored me. So I took it the desk to exchange the shirt that I had to find. Was going to get another shirt but again, no one asked if they could help and I couldn't find my size. Another manager was tracked down to make the exchange and I told him that I was going to get another shirt but since had no assistance I was going to skip it. Didn't seem to care. After spending over $600.00, I will not return!!! Gave 1 star because I had to or it wouldn't post.

I worked here for a while. Great place! The manager was awesome to work with, made sure I had everything I needed to succeed. If you're looking for experience as a driver, let them know! Might need to mail your resume or leave a sticky note on the door...they're always on the road delivering.
