Went in to drop trim off for color match. 1 girl working on a return, waited 20 min. Was never acknowledged being there and waiting. Only came to this store because other location makes you feel like it is an inconvenience.

You simply MUST choose to speak with JOHN at this store because he knows his stuff! I was completely amazed at his level of paint color knowledge as well as color coordination. He was a great listener, asked excellent questions of me to help fine-tune what I was attempting to achieve. I left the store realizing I'd never ever spoken to paint/decor connoisseur ever before - until I met John.

I stopped by this store in the early stages of building a whole-house color scheme. I have studied graphic design and color theory, so I am not starting from scratch with my knowledge base. The man who happened to be working the day I stopped by knew nothing about undertones of color, and had no idea how to read the color formulae on the swatches to find out more. This is very important to ensuring colors are compatible. In fact, another customer was in there buying new paint, because they found this out the hard way. He also could not help that customer with educated answers, but was happy to sell them more paint. And he blew off my questions to do so. Two stars instead of one, because I can’t say whether or not the product is good. If you know exactly what you want and require no expertise of the employees, you may do fine here.

The customer service here is absolutely fantastic. Morgan and the other gal, who's name I forgot, provided such prompt and knowledgable service. They had multiple customers in the store when I arrived and I swear it was like they were master jugglers - greeting everyone when the entered the door while simultaneously helping current customer, answering every single question that was thrown at them, and most of all, were incredibly friendly. I usually buy my paint from Home Depot but had my friend who is a painter recommend me go to SW for multiple reasons and now I totally understand why. Not only am I very happy with the SW paint color I chose for my house, but I am just an overall satisfied customer who wants to return! Great job taking care of your customers!

These people that mix the paint have no clue what's going on. They don't care about their job. If you use this store be sure to check their work because, again, they do not care.

Very good place I placed an order by phone and I arrived in about 15 minutes and they had it ready and they took it outside.

Only downside was a sketchy guy that was complaining about how he can’t even get high off of the low VOCs in a product.

My wife and I (and our dog) were in the Lawrence location this morning with what we needed but, had questions. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if there was anything they could do. The guy who helped us(our receipt has "Dai" on it so, they may help identify the team member) went out of his way to make sure we went home with the right product. Clearly, he has a good sense of humor and patience when dealing with an old couple and their dog.
