The prices are outrageous. $5 for a child's T-shirt when you can go to Walmart or target and buy a brand new shirt for that. I have seen clothes marked up past what they were originally sold for. Pathetic ripping people off on things you get for free especially since a lot of those people have donated to your store. There is nothing good about goodwill anymore.

Honestly they had a few good things here the 2 times I went for prices that were much better than Savers. STILL TOO EXPENSIVE considering they get the stuff for free and abuse their employees, very un-Christlike.

Store open until 8 pm and close the dressing room down before 5. Lady from the back was very rude!

This Goodwill's prices are ridiculous for what they offer. They are charging over the price of new for items that are broken or dirty. They get all of these things for free. Every so often you can maybe find something at a somewhat decent price, but that is rare anymore. Go elsewhere.

The donation drive-thru staff could use a reminder that free donations from the community help provide items that they can then resell for profit, paying for staff and overhead. I'm not expecting the staff to go out of their way and treat me like royalty but there's no need to treat people with disdain because then you lose donors.

Honestly I can’t believe how bad this place is. They will not take anything. I tried to donate a nice dinning table. -too big. They wouldn’t take it. Nice Christmas decorations in January. -Won’t take any of them. I buy Christmas decorations in January. They told me they can’t possibly sell them. I’m sure someone would like this stuff! Why does this place even exist?

Just experienced very rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional customer service. Yes, we get that you shouldn't have to stay past closing time to ring anyone up. However, to make an announcement about how closing in 25 minutes "doesn't mean that you have 25 minutes to shop" etc., in an annoyed voice when there is only ONE customer in the store and then telling your trainee in a very loud voice about how awful customers are in general and at keeping you there late is unprofessional at best. I don't have to shop at Goodwill and I feel terrible for those with limited options now. I told the cashier that I felt very unwelcome due to the rude talking about customers and she didn't even acknowledge that I even said anything. Once I reached the exit door, she was back to loudly telling the newer person more about how she needed to keep customers in line. If you hate customer service that much, then quit.

Travel experience at a store that is run by people who have no clue what they're doing and do not honor their own rules. We try to shop at Goodwill instead of the big box stores. We came here and picked up about $80 worth of clothing... my wife wanted to try them on...They said the dressing rooms were open till 5:00 p.m. and it was only 4:30 yet they still closed them and would not allow us to use them. So we tossed $80 in clothes on a rack and walked out. Will never come back to this location. Learn how to run a store and abide by your own rules and times.
