The employees here are no help, they don 't know what they are doing. They will not gonna assists you. They will say oh we can 't do that, or sorry but we are not been train on how to do that. Never come back

Customer service was amazing. The manager lady here was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and had a great sense of humor. The man at the front was very kind as well. I don't think I've had such good customer service anywhere!

Store refused to help me obtain a BYOD SIM, stating that my Boost Mobile service was incompatible. Staff refused to acknowledge my current working phone with a Sprint branded SIM on the Boost network was functional. All I needed was an iPhone XR SIM since I was changing phones.

Even though this a private owner store What a staff. The customer service is above ND beyond. Friendly. Leads you to the products that give you the same opinion if not better. Tells u what to expect and it is spot on . Highly recommended.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in for simple phone upgrade, and 5 hours later I left with a new phone with none of my photos, notes, contacts, etc. None of my information is backed up on iCloud. And, they even had me purchase more storage. I asked to speak to Kortney and the guy told me she wasn't in today, although she was the one who helped me. He said I could call Monday and he'd give me the number to file a claim. Do not use this location unless you like waiting 5 hours just for all your stuff to be deleted an no one to be helpful.
