Employee I worked with was extremely helpful, and polite. They went above and beyond finding the base colors I needed, and he even stopped by the other store the next morning on his way to work to pick them up. They were ready and waiting for me later that same day! Exceptional service, in todays retail market, that is a rarity!

Sherwin Williams paint covers so much better than other brands. It is worth the extra money not to have to paint extra coats. I've used it side by side with Behr, and it is far superior.

I have been in the store the last two days. The male employee on Saturday was not professional, in fact, pretty rude. The young woman on Sunday was extremely helpful

We didn't had a good customer service the gentleman do show much effort to help we find the items we are need to our job we are are sure never shopping again on that location.

The young woman at the Sunday counter is snotty and rude. Like most folks these days, she is basically a robot who doesn't understand her job, is rude to others when her own ignorance impedes her ability to provide customer service, and thinks her feelings are the most important thing in any room.We went to another location to get what we needed. If you must use this location, go when she is not working.

Let me start by saying that I am a long time customer of Sherwin-Williams. This is not a review about Sherwin-Williams paint but about the extremely poor customer service at this particular location. I usually go to the location closer to my house but it is closed on Saturdays so I drove to this location to get a can of paint shaken for me. I arrived at 4:45pm on Saturday, February 4, 2023. They close at 5:00pm. I realize that showing up 15 minutes before closing is annoying for an employee. If I were going to be browsing, asking a lot of questions, buying a lot of product, or requesting a lot of paint colors that this would be frustrating for an employee who was going to be closing in 15 minutes. However, because the only thing I needed was to have a can of Sherwin-Williams paint shaken, which I already bought from another location on an earlier date and brought with me I didn't think it would be too inconvenient for him. I knew it would not take me past closing time. I walked in and smiled at the guy working and he immediately looked at his watch and gave me a dirty annoyed look and huffed. I started to say, "I know you close in 15 minutes but.....". I couldn't even finish my sentence before he rudely cut me off and said, "I can't help you, sorry." I was so stunned by his rude behavior that I just turned around and walked out immediately. He followed me, at a distance, and immediately turned off the open sign and locked the door just as another gentleman was walking up to the store. The other man looked at me and I just shrugged and said I got the same treatment. So rude! Terrible service! Do not recommend.

My experience was unpleasant as a result of the rude and vacuous worker bee manning the store. Not surprised given her excessive tattoos and piercings. I suggest management start training their staff on proper customer service.
