If I could give no stars I would. One of the workers that was working on May 19th 2024 at 11:15 pm claimed that the restrooms were not working as a woman he told me but I know they only say that to keep the bums out. I rate this gas station 0 stars and in need of a boycott .

This place is way to over priced, everything in there is marked up. Also dont pay with card unless you are willing to give up your ID and other personal information, and that goes for anything you buy. Not to mention the workers there are insanely rude, especially the manager. Really wish i could rate 0 stars.

I honestly think this is the best inner-city Shell gas station. They have such a wide selection of product, it's amazing! I recommend this Shell, over all other Shell's, to anyone who wants to feel at home. I swear you walk right into a grocery store when you come in here. And, by the doors, they have their casino area. Not to mention, they have a change counting machine.

I went into the station today 11/07/2022 to get gas they tried to put tax on a gas purchase of $10.00 which the guy told me that my total was $10.36 which is said I don't have any candy he said it was tax which all I was getting was GAS . Taxes is all ready applied so why where they adding taxes to a GAS purchase ONLY? Watch out when going to this gas station. That why I ONLY go to Q-TRIP I trust their gas ( that why i was only putting in $10.00 wroth because that gas is water).

They allow a bunch of homeless people to hang out front and badger you as you come in. I'm not on a high horse here. That just could be intimidating / a safety hazard for some.They also do the dumbest thing I've ever seen. I went inside to pay for my gas to avoid the ridiculous holds gas stations put on your card for paying outside. This place literally charges you a fee to use your debit, credit card. Any kind of card. Like whatever dude. It's 2022. Everyone uses cards. That's just cheap of them. Would not recommend this place

I can to the store to get my daughter some beverages. The total came to $20.43 and I wanted to go through the prices of the items. Asked the man how much everything was, he was telling me very fast. I asked him again telling me very fast, trying to calculate the total, he then told me very rudely that he does not have time to go through the prices with me and if I do not like it we can do a refund after I purchase the items. I do not want to that especially first and a person who works in customer service I would never tell a customer that be rude to them then make them go through a refund process after they make the payments improper way to do it, you never do that or say anything like that to a customer. Poor customer service.

I was treated unfairly and my rights were violated as an American with a disability and a service animal. This has been reported and I am no longer going to be a patron here. One of the attendants is a very loud obnoxious mean woman who likes to start fights over nothing. They don't realize how much they could be sued for for how they're acting. But hopefully someday they will because I have taken the necessary steps to prove to them and her especially that she is wrong, for the stuff she is saying she could be fired and the company could be charged thousands of dollars as a fine. This woman works daytime and is very rude instigating has started fights with a lot of customers cuz I spend a lot of time up here and I've seen her time and time again pick a fight over nothing. She should be fired and she should not work around people and she cannot control her temper or her mental issues which make her argumentary and aggressive.

Wonder if standards are observed in regard to fountain drinks...CO2...nozzles cleaned...etc...Drink did not taste the best...Cashier...behind safety glass was on telephone...whilst I paid...did not acknowledge or look up...took money...put change in tray...But...it was ok...no major concerns...

I am not at all impressed with the employees that are female because a couple of them seem to have bad attitudes an when you are standing in line an waiting to be next to pay, An walking up to pay an someone comes in the door as standing there to pay for your purchases an get told I am helping that person is truly rude, an it happened to my fiancee last night at about 9:45 pm, which it has happened a couple times before, I mean I think they need better customer training because I have worked in customer service for years an being rude is not good quality, won't be back there ever
