This is my go to Sam's club. Love the selection and using the scan and go app makes it super convenient to get in and get what I need and skip the lines. Insider tip - buy the rotisserie chicken for $5 and it can last you a week. They also have a great tire department

There was a short heavy set guy that was rude and i think he was part of the pump nazi regiment and yes I was rude back im not proud of it. I was new to area and didn't realize it was one way didnt notice the giant arrows for some reason. No one was waiting on pumps and wouldn't let me fill my gas can. threatened to shut off the pump. Ok the guy was right it did say one way. But why is there a gas station with pumps that sit empty because it's a one way. Really stupid. I know I'm just a little guy but I will not be buying gas from this station.

I like this club they always seem to have what I need I even ordered things for my family and it's always ready and they don't have any trouble picking them up I have even have them deliver things to my family my schedule is so busy I don't have time for foolishness and I appreciate them for being about business

I visit this location quite frequently & find the manager & staff to be helpful & friendly which is EVERYTHING nowadays! The store is kept clean & aisles clear of clutter & overstocking goods as some big box stores make it difficult to shop/maneuver with just 'too much' in the way! I applaud management for my pleasant experiences & meeting my shopping needs.

This is the best Sam's Club anywhere. It is clean and neat. The employees are friendly and helpful. There are lots of checkout options so it's easy to get in and out quickly. The tire installation and repair department is exceptional. The bakery is just the best. The employees in that section are so talented and helpful.. It is always a pleasant experience shopping here.

Sam's Club and WM both suffer from the same issues, the employees think they are more important than the customers. They cut you off, block the aisles even though they don't need to and in general aren't paying attention. I was asked in an email by the KCK Sam's Club why I gave them a low rating. I provided detailed information, no "thanks for your input, we appreciate your feedback," nothing.

I do not recommend this location. Place a order for a cake over to two weeks ago. Went to pick up cake. Cake could not be found. Was told by a manger the cake was donated. Other cake was made fast and unprofessionally. Cake fail apart due to a rush job.

What happened in the meat department did you change vendors the hamburger now sucks, When you cook at a lot of liquid is left in the pan. Before the 90% hamburger was very lean very little fat and water after cooking the meat. My ribeye steaks was Very tough and $13 a pound plus all the meat section went up 20%

Gas pump attendant was very rude. I couldn’t even get the pump to hang back up he said he would take care of it. I guess it didn’t get fixed cause more fuel was charged to my card! I’ve called twice and no call back.

Waited in the store over 40 minutes for an associate to locate a patio furniture set I was interested in purchasing. The manager went back to the warehouse area to check on the status and never returned. When I saw her at the jewelry counter helping someone else she said they were still checking and wasn't sure they had the item in the store even though there were two remaining purchase slips. Ended up leaving because they never confirmed if they had the item after waiting too long. Very disappointing.
