We needed to find a home with the living on one level with handicap accessibility. She explained the process of purchasing a home as well as selling our home. We had already arranged for the financing prior to the meeting. Jan explained the process and kindly answered all of our questions. Jan listened to all that we needed and wanted for the new home. She took care of all of the details. Her knowledge and experience guided us so we knew what to expect. “Where do I start with Stacy Porto? She was awesome! Her and her husband, L.D., were a heck of a tag team duo who were always bending their schedules around to meet my needs and answer my questions and provide any support or advice where necessary. They gave honest, great feedback on any houses we saw and made sure I was making the right decision. They listened quite a bit and were fantastic to work with. In the house-searching process, there is a lot of information and details that are overwhelming and they helped to weed through all the information by determining what didn't matter and how/what to make sense of what did matter. They were extremely encouraging throughout the whole process and just easy to work with. Behind every action they did or word of advice they gave, they always kept my interests top of mind and that was always their highest priority. They truly work to serve you and your needs. “I saw the Shores Real Estate 2024 calendar on the fridge this morning and it dawned on me that I never left a review. I immediately felt regret, because not many times will you work with with professionals of this caliber, in any capacity. One of the biggest decisions in many individuals lives will be purchasing their first home. Around a year ago when homes seemingly were gone minutes after the listing was placed online somehow, we decided to do just that. We were looking at houses for an extended period of time on our own. I sent listing after listing to my fiance who finally stated that she loved the last one I sent her. I wasn't really sure how to get a tour of the property, and my Fiance told me that she knew someone that could help. That someone being Brenda. I didn't know her at all, and self admittedly am fairly hard to please because I would hold other to the same standard in business that I hold myself to. But I trusted that my finance stated they were good people, and am glad I did. Reaching out to Brenda legitimately did change our lives for the better. There are many who overuse the phrase "XXXX changed my life", but in this instance it is true. The night that we contacted her, she already had the showing setup for the next day. After the tour of the property a couple calls took place and that night we had the house within 24 hours of inquiring. Every step of the way after that was laid out for us simply that caused no stress.
