1st time in there. Stock was very low and empty shelves. Employees are not nice if you're not of their race.
Then they're not knowledgeable parts people. One couldn't look up bolts.I had to explained what the bolts went to, the make and model of my vehicle. And yet he could not find the bolts I need. I explained they were metric 6 x 34. He told me no one at that store explained how to look up small parts like bolts.

Customer service was very good, and they called in a part that they didn’t have into another store down the street. They were very nice, and they will come out and look at your car and help you most of the time.

Two employees helped us find and install the correct windshield wipers, despite having to stand outside in light rain doing it. Were very friendly and professional.

It's always been reliable. Except one time I had to take a young lady up there to have her battery changed and they didn't have the tools to change her battery. Because the guy who was working said it was not his original.

Not staffed enough or doesn’t have the equipment to provide the simple, free service they claim to offer of checking the code for a check engine light. Second location to give the same excuse. Managers and corporate need to fix this.

My partner and I drove her car to the shop to get a battery replaced. When she went in and told the two employees she needed to buy a battery and have it installed they told her she could buy one and put it in herself. She said that didn't know how to install a battery, so the two workers debated who should go out and look at the battery while annoyed. One of the workers came out while smoking a cigarette and leaning over the hood of the car examining the battery. Ultimately she said she didn't know how to even install this battery type, and that she wasn't able to help us. She drives a Honda CRV, pretty common car type if you ask me. Very disappointed with the employees' behavior. We'll take our service elsewhere like she even recommended. At Jiffy Lube across the street getting what we need.
