Though I was one of the last customers before a holiday, the young lady handling my order was exceptional. “Best Taqueria in KC hands down.This place sets the bar for any other place. The tacos are cheap and lots of meat. The meat is flavorful not dry.Me and the wife can eat for less than $25 and be stuffed. I've tried many other Taquerias and none is this good. It's always packed so don't come in a hurry. We've had quick service and at other times very slow, almost forgotten. But it's worth the wait.Try the green jalapeños sauce. It's hot sometimes and other times not, but you can't stop eating it.. The chips are good too. There are many good dishes but we always go back to the street tacos.If you like the green sauce, stop into the store and get you a tub. I always come home with 1.”

“This place has it all: a bustling grocery store, freshly made tortillas, a meat market, and excellent food for takeout or counter service with ample indoor seating. I had pork tamales, a taco al pastor, and a chile relleno taco (the first time I’ve had that, although I’ve always loved chile relleno on their own). All was really good: the chile relleno taco was my favorite, the al pastor was missing pineapple (bummer), and the pork tamales were yummy but maybe just a bit on the dry side. The salsa bar had several spicy options and I washed everything down with horchata. Great spot with a busy lunchtime crowd and lots of free parking.”

“Love this grocery store! They have excellent low prices, especially on meats. The service is very nice and checkout goes swift & smooth every time. The store is stocked full with lots of typical brand named products including lower priced (generic) items as well. It's a clean and tidy environment that is easy to get in & out of conveniently. Highly recommended to those in the area or just driving by (located along the K-32 Kaw Drive highway), it's fairly easy to spot, check it out if you're in need of great food market deals! :)”

“This supermarket chain is excellent, the quality of its perishable products, its low prices and it is always highly supplied, even at the end of the day when there are empty shelves due to the movement of merchandise, you can see how they quickly take care of filling them again so they can find the necessary products, I have visited this chain in both the United States and Australia and the quality of service is the same. “Had a great selection of my favorite food and drinks. Lots of people were in shopping then but the cashiers kept the line moving pretty steadily so I didn't have to wait in line very long at all. Store was clean and shelves was fully stocked. Overall it was way better than any of the other grocery stores around here. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend doing your grocery shopping at this Aldi.”

“OMG. I've never been to a Hispanic grocery store. Decided I'd go with the wife as she wanted to make Pozole.This place is amazing! It's super crowded and tight spaces but wow. They have so many cool things (I don't even know what most of them are). I had a blast just walking through and looking at everything.Great meat counter, good prices, TONS of Hispanic candies and sweets.”

“Nice clean store, with great employees. Only complaint would be that you never know if it will be open or closed. Went here on Sunday at 2:00 pm and it was closed. Had to go to another location at 45th and Metropolitan, and that was a bad experience. Employees with bad attitudes there.”

“Holy crap.....i didn't know this unassu.ing grocery store has the BEST kind of Mexican food in KC! I just moved back from AZ and had a HARD craving for some good quality tacos! They have it! They even have the authentic chicharrones on the side of the store! I had the lengua tacos...so juicy, so simple! You KNOW its going to be good when you got aunties running around the back of the kitchen! The interior is nothing fancy, just some tables, and they have a self-service at the end of the register. and no you don't have to speak spanish when you order!”
