Comically bad customer service from the female employee everyone is mentioning below. She audibly sighed at me when I said sorry for the confusion, please take the warranty off the game I'm buying. Sorry you had two press 2 more buttons than you were planning on. Heres the best part, the dude that was working behind her looked at me and mouthed "I'm sorry". Is this the owners daughter or something? Cant understand any other reason she is still employed.
