I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Stevens Creek Hyundai, thanks to Josh Blankenship, the salesperson, and Dave Gil, the sales manager. Unlike some other dealerships, Josh and Dave were approachable and kind. They listened to my needs, expectations, and questions over the phone, providing me with the necessary information to make an informed decision before I even visited the dealership. Although we encountered a few issues during the process, Josh and Dave worked hard to resolve them. From the moment we entered the dealership, Josh and Dave took great care of us. They offered refreshments and even provided some entertainment for our 4-year-old child. I was really impressed by Josh's humility and honesty, particularly after learning about his past working experiences and why he chose to work at this dealership. When Josh learned about my previous bad experience with another Hyundai dealer in the Bay Area, he took full responsibility for ensuring that I had a better experience this time around. After the purchase, he followed up with me to check if everything was fine and if we were enjoying our new vehicle. He is definitely one of the best salespeople I've worked with. I had a good experience at Stevens Creek Hyundai this past weekend with obtaining a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL RWD. Steven was able to help and assist me with the test drive, information and paperwork. The process was smooth and we were able to get in and out of there quicker than previous experiences at other dealerships. Even though it was quite crowded this past holiday weekend, Steven and the team kept us updated while paperwork was processed. I would recommend Steven and Steven’s Creek Hyundai.
