I love the Holton Post Office. They are friendly, pay attention to detail and are very helpful. They can't help what happens on a larger scale but provide personalized service locally.

Horrible service at this UDPS location. Clerk’s response to mail pickup, “If there’s no mail to deliver then we don’t pickup outgoing letters.”Lazy, mouth breathers. ?

First off my package was delivered to the wrong house, the post office said they would then send me proof that it was sent to the wrong house so I could sent it to the company in hopes of getting a new package. It has now been 10 days and I have constantly called and they are no help at all. If 0 stars was an option I would have chosen that.

I have gotten mail and sent mail everyone behind the counter I have had the pleasure of meeting were very helpful and service was pleasant to say the least. Thanks for doing what you do in these trying times you guys are heroes
