Buying a used car then driving 20 minutes down the road to have the car break down was fun. Wanting to take the car back and get our money back to be told no. Then told what was wrong when it wasn’t that at all. Very disappointing customer service all around.

Horrible customer service! Car broke down within 50 miles! Had to drive to closest town to get battery. Alternator went out, leaving us stranded, business was closed, had to pay to have vehicle towed 100+ miles, Cory won’t refund any money, now having trouble getting tags in Missouri because car was never titled in the last 3 years in KS, even though dealer said his mom drove the car. Tires were dry rotted, sales person Cory is an a**hole! Do not recommend this place at all! Dealership was shady! Dealer is shady!

Just took our truck for an alignment, it was bad. They took the time to do what was needed to be done to correct it. Highly recommend. Will be continuing to use their services in the future

Terrible.. Sold a family member a car and after awhile found out who ever is in charge of parts and mechanical just glued the son of a gun together and now that the part is making weird sounds, they want to charge a arm and a leg to fix it. Not to mention they charge a lot of money for the smallest things. Also found out these people have caused all kinds of problems with customers and even the dealers told us that they've caused a lot. Overall its bad. Just keep hearing more and more bad stuff about them and finding out its true. 👌

I had my wife take her car in for a simple service. Normally I would do it myself but had her take it in for continence. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Not only did it take 4 months to get the bill but they had the balls to charge a late fee OUTRAGEOUS Problems I found when I did the service myself: 1. The oil filter was less than finger tight. It blows my mind it was even still there 2. There was not the right amount of oil in the car. When pulling the dipstick the very tip and I mean tip had oil on it. Its worth mentioning this is a 2013 GMC Terrain V6 and there are no leaks of any kind. After referring to the owners manual the proper amount is 6 quarts meaning only 5 quarts was put in. 3. When I checked the air filter there was only 3 of the 4 bolts for the filter box. When my vehicle is taken to a OEM mechanic there is a bit quality that is expected. The quality of the service is about the same if not less than some shade tree mechanic and in no way dealer quality. I have not yet called this shop to get there take on all these issues but will be calling Monday morning.

This dealer is a joke! Why they are even open is beyond me. They are extremely rude on the phone. Do not buy or have your vehicle worked on here take it to another dealer that will appreciate your business.

Terrible service, they had lost my engine cover and will not doing anything about it. They were very rude on the phone. DO NOT take your car here to get worked on. I have had countless issues the past couple weeks.

Called parts dept and Jamie answered, keep in mind i just bought a car from this dealer, JAMIE was a rude son of a gun. Puts a bad reputation on this dealer.
