Garrett on two different occasions was extremely rude and not helpful when it comes to dropping off UPS packages. They do NOT provide receipts which doesn't make sense when tracking chain of ownership of there is an issue and in emporia no other convenient locations. He was extremely combative and unhelpful. Given this is my second issue with this associate I recommend he be reprimanded and UPS find another drop off location. Does not represent UPS or CVS.

** FYI....This CVS store UPS location is ONLY an access point location. They CANNOT print any labels for you. **In smaller towns with hardly ANY UPS drop off options (ESPECIALLY on weekends), why not make them all UPS STORES instead of only an access point?? As many Amazon returns as there are in ANY AND ALL TOWNS, this would be a much better customer service option! The access point stores cannot print labels for returns to Amazon. I mean, how hard is it for access point locations to have to print a darn label? Come on, UPS.... give more options for customers. Give the access point locations a small printer for label printing that all they have to do is scan the QR code on the return label for a label to print. Figure out the technology!

Declined taking two boxes. Both smaller light boxes. Why have a drop off option if you aren't accepting boxes? Just dumb. Missing staples already.

Hard to find a place to drop off packages here in Emporia Kansas
