  The best thing that happened here was being let go. My anxiety has gone down tremendously and I found a job that I absolutely love.

  This was the landscaping company that was chosen for me through my builder. I wish they would've chosen someone else. First off, they don't give you details on why they're charging you $25,000 for landscaping. No itemized statement that describes the labor or material cost. It's just a magical number they pull out of a hat and tell you that's how much it's going to cost before they get started. No price breakdown for each component. I told them I need details and a cost breakdown before things get started. I was ignored and they proceeded to continue the landscape work.They try to upsell you with a variety of different trees and plants and if you say no, they will treat you like you're low priority on their list. The people who came and laid the original sod in my backyard did a horrible job. There were so many gaps and a lot of spots didn't align with each other. We were told, "oh those will fill in on their own and the grass will grow". Three months later and we still see the lines between each section. The roots never took hold and the sections of grass never grew together. Because of this, we winded up having so many brown spots in our backyard. When we warned them this would happen, they didn't take any accountability. They blamed it on "subcontractors walking on the lawn". On top of this, they planted two dead Kelsey Dwarf Dogwoods in our front yard and said that's how they're supposed to look and will grow back on their own. Why would I want dead plants from the get-go? I paid for brand new plants not dead plants. I have pictures and everything documented to prove this. I addressed all of my issues and concerns with this company in hopes that they would make it right, but they don't take accountability once they have your money. This is why I'm leaving a 1 star review, because I received 1 star service.

  Treescapes put in new sod in our backyard. The whole team knew what they were doing and it looks great. This is the third house where they've put in sod for us and it's always a good experience. If you want your landscaping done right you can trust Dave and the team at Treescapes.

  Treescapes did our new lawn and sprinkler system. We had a pipe crack on our sprinklers about 6 months out and could not run our system for a week as they were too busy to fix this as it is under warranty. The technician that came out to finally repair said they used a thin Schedule pipe and they replaced with the correct size.I get a bill for 112 $ later as they said it us for the service call. I informed them it is under warranty. They sent another bill before years end with no response, no call and the owner hides.DO NOT-use this company as they do not stand behind their work and have no time to respond or honor their warranty.Poor company- poor workmanship abs lastly even an owner who does not care to even return a call to discuss.One star is too much to give actually!

  Treescape's completed our pool, water feature, cabana, landscaping , and selection of outdoor furniture. They have everything you need. The process was clear and simple. The project was completed on time with no issues. Every employee was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. This is a one stop shop.Services: Swimming pool water feature construction

  they do not honor any agreements nor warranty work. as I had issues 6 months after an install they after numerous calls finally called back and said it would take a week to repair the sprinklers where a pipe burst. they cam out a week later hours after the appointment time and the technician informed me that the install they used to thin a schedule pipe and thus why it burst. they replaced it and it was repaired correctly. the worst part of this they charged me for the service call even though this was under warranty. They kept sending a bill although only 112$ but did not care it was under warranty as I had to pay for the service call. I left messages for the owner to call many times with no response. Beware: They are the worst example of a company who does not honor their inferior materials with work. I paid this as I feel they were ready to place a lien for this.

  Our previous pool went caput. We had 3 different well known pool companies in Wichita give us bids.All three companies were similiar in price. Big wave/ treescapes use the best parts for assembly (Pentair).They were the only company confident that they could get it done before the end of this summer.We have been swimming in it for 2 weeks....in July.The contractors he has sent to us have all been pleasant to work with. And, more importantly have done a great job.We are not using their pool care services as we have been pool owners for years. But those prices were competitive and they seemed very knowledgeable about the monitoring needed. We will use them to close and open the pool, at least the first time.Only complaint would be that sometime they were too aggressive about getting the job done, and their contractors could use a little more coordination. (For instance, the drainage crew cut our internet line. It was probably avoidable had they looked around a little or asked us. On the positive, it was fixed and buried by them. We also had our sprinkler service mark some things prior to digging. One crew noted this, but another cut into stuff. In the end it probably wont matter, but I would tell anybody putting in a pool to expect some of this. To be honest, I expected more issues.

  Beware….you call to get a quote to replace your pool liner. You’re told someone will get back to you. They never do. You call the owner directly to complain and try to get your quote. He ignores you and still no calls you to schedule your quote or give you a quote if they already have your pool dimensions on record because they are the company that built it. If you did get someone to actually schedule they come out and do shoddy work. When you call them back to complain and get the work fixed you again get the run around and no comes out. It takes an act of God or Congress just to get acknowledged.

  Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, they have a wide variety of services available as well as products in store. It is nice to see a business support other local businesses as well from recommending others for services they don't provide to carrying local products! Beautiful stuff in stock

  Unhappy, grumpy employees that won't help you to save their life. I wanted to buy things but it was like pulling teeth to get help. The guy that "helped" me kept telling me the chairs we wanted were in a storage container and he wasn't getting them unless I paid for them before seeing them??? I went elsewhere - not supporting local with those attitudes.

  Trash everywhere! As we walked the paths looking at the various trees we saw pop bottles & Chinese food containers, along with all sorts of othe debree everywhere. I tripped over some string lights that were laying on the ground beside some trees that tipped over. The whole time, the workers were sitting up front. It wasn't until they started getting busy that they got up. We did finally have a young lady ask if we needed help right before we left. We weren't impressed & probably won't waste our time going back.

  Awesome work! This was a big pool project done through the rainiest season on record. No way to control delays but Dave worked through them all. The tradesmen, every one of them, was excellent. I've worked on construction to pay for school so I have a good idea what good looks like.. this exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Dave and Treescapes. BTW.. we also bought a pile of furniture from Dave.. expensive, but absolutely worth every penny.Services: Winterisation
