“We came to town for a quick visit and stayed at a nearby Airbnb. This Aldi was fantastic! Great service and had everything that we needed to have the best week possible. The staff was incredibly helpful and someone forgot to return their cart and so I walked away with an extra quarter.”
“I really like this Hy-Vee. They may be smaller, but they have a good selection. Store is kept well-stocked. There are a couple of employees behind the food counter (the pizza/burger/comfort foods one) that will ignore people waiting to order, but otherwise most employees are pleasant and helpful. Pharmacy staff are helpful as well.”

“This review is for the auto service department only, as I did not shop in main store. I was in town for my mom's funeral with my wife and kid. We traveled from Ohio. The night before we were going to depart Urbandale I noticed a screw lodged in the front tire. Obviously I needed to get this fixed before driving 600 miles. After many failed attempts to get a tire place to help me out (nobody answers their phone, no open appointments, etc) I was starting to panic. But I saw Walmart opens at 7AM, so I called in and Todd was very helpful. He said come right in and we'll fix you up. So 30 minutes and $17 later I was in business and on time. My special thanks to Todd and Joe! Excellent service!”

“Very helpful Employees with great customer service. I’ve been to a lot of Walmarts and have not received customer service like I did at the Windsor Heights store, It also seemed pretty clean to me. I’ve seen a lot of other stores with trash all over the parking lot and trash inside the store and cluttered. That was not the case here.”
