Choosing Salon Lew for my wedding and bridal party hair was thebest decision I made! Laine was so flexible, fun, and exciting to work with! Absolutely devastated by this business. Made an appointment weeks in advance to have my daughters hair and make up done for Prom. Daughter had her hair cut and colored here just a couple days ago. Confirmed her appointment for today. Got reminder for today. Arrive at the salon twenty minutes early, it's closed! Wait until exact appt time and nobody showed. Will not answer phone or emails. Just left my daughter stuck on Prom day with no make up or hair. Will never go there again.

Had a bad experience today. I had been to this facility before and had a really good experience and that's what brought me here today. But from the very beginning the lady (didn't check her name) had an attitude, she barely talked and when I had shown her my previous hair cut from my phone, she didn't even manage to look at it. And barely after 5 mins, she said its complete and I was shocked at what she did to my hair. I was distraught and asked her to fix it and quite sometime later and even more attitude episodes later, I somehow was able to get a decent haircut. Either the person had an attitude issue or she is just not competent enough. I will not be returning back!Services: Haircut

went for a touch up on my blonde hair, was dyed ashy brown. they tried to re-dye it immediately turned into a blonde pumpkin. ultimately had to cut 6” of damaged hair off

I have been coming to Salon Lew since it opened and I will never go anywhere else. I have seen multiple stylists and each one does a fantastic job. They always listen to what I want, offer suggestions, and have my hair looking fabulous when I leave. Highly recommend!

Had to have them cut my hair twice because the girl who cut my hair gave me a mushroom hair cut, so my hair was a lot shorter than I originally wanted . Then, after the fact, she tells me that she doesnt do short cuts and that she is fresh out of school. I get you have to learn, but if you aren't confident or even have training on certain things, ask for help! Plus they gave me massive attitude when I told them i wasnt happy with my haircut. Made me super upset. Won't go back or recommend.

I had the pleasure of getting a cut and color from Cara at Salon Lew. She was professional and did a great job on my color and cut. She even took the extra time to straighten my hair. I had great conversations with her and while we were waiting we had a conversation with the other employees (and I believe the owner) in the salon. They were considerate, kind, engaging and professional. I will return!
