We recently went out to eat and hot fine late. We arrived 10 minutes before closing to get an office chair. The gentleman there (Arnes) was very helpful and gracious with his time. We felt awful keeping him late and apologized; he genuinely seemed to not care that he was late closing and was very helpful. While I'm always blown away by the price of office supplies; the way we were treated as customers was awesome in spite of having to close late on a Friday. Thank you, Arnes!

When your printer is suddenly on the blink-- what do you do? Surf online for the Best Buy. I have a Cannon, but wanted something for the home -- easy to set up and user friendly. After reviewing the latest Consumer Report and the YELP Reviews -- I narrowed it down to places and vendor. I settled on Hp at Office Depot. Buying was easy and they had curbside pick up. The customer service desk was very helpful. Hours for pickup were good as well as alerting you to when your order is ready for pickup. Everything was seamless. Office Depot had more types to choose from than their competitors--who had signs of out of stock. The best plus was being able to pick up when you needed it. Set up for a computer novice was easy-- with all the "bells and whistles" to assist you. Of course, they have an easy way for you to save reward points for future buys. One additional plus is it is local, good stock always available and handy customer service people who are visible and willing to help no matter how small your order. If you are looking for fast, efficient customer service this is the place with good parking for easy in and out.

Waited 10 minutes for someone at the print counter only for them to tell me no one there could print blueprints. You would think with 4 people working one would know how to do so.

They cannot EVER find my print order! I placed an order this AM and my order confirmation said it would be ready at 11:30. I went in at 12:10. The ONLY clerk in the print area was busy with another customer- and it appeared he was going to be busy for some time didn't bother to call for help. It took me asking 2 other clerks to please help me with my order only to find out it wasn't ready.

Went in on a holiday weekend. Was going to make a large purchase but I did not see any employees except a few at the register. No one in line I ask where something was. He pointed. I walked out and went to Best Buy around the corner. Plenty of people to assist me and the products I was buy were cheaper not being on sale. Pretty bad customer service.
