Roy or ray jones is an assistant manager that couldn’t run a dollar general store let alone the pro desk for contractors. Had zero respect for me or my customer and failed 3 different times to get our order correctly ordered and delivered. Overall this store is not helpful for contractors and the staff has no idea how organize there shipping and delivering.

The Lawn and Garden center here is awesome!
It was my final big box lawn and garden center stop last night and I didn’t have high hopes but was blown away at how organized, well stocked and healthy the plants still looked. Heads and tails above Home Depot and Menards and the 50th Street Lowes. The cashier was super helpful and friendly too.

Do not go to the lumber side and deal with the woman with curly red hair and glasses. She is just a nasty individual.
Depending on who you ask questions to will determine your overall experience. I have had good and bad. Careful when asking an "expert". Never any checkers and self checkout is a bit tedious. Always have the products I need.

Marc - new front end manager at Lowes Jordan Creek - was unprofessional and just beoynd rude. He behaved like he is the "king" and could make decisions to his liking by disregarding written Lowes policies to which he was actually referring to. :) He got extremely mad when I asked him to point to the specific Lowes corporate policy language he was referring to - he could not, and then just went ballistic.
I typically do not write reviews, but his behavior was borderline psychotic and more appropriate for another setting. He ruined my overall good perception for this store, and the multi year pro business which came with it. Oh, well - HD is just 2 miles away.

I truly will never buy anything from Lowes again after having to deal with the 3rd party they contract out to that sets up the installation. The name of the company is CRST Home Solutions. They’re unprofessional and rude. They randomly send an email letting you know when the service appointment is even though Lowes tells you they’ll call to schedule with you-nope. You get an 8 hour window, so hopefully you have nothing to do that entire day. I have 2 appliances that are both ready for pickup, but apparently still need to come on 2 different days? It’s a microwave and a dishwasher. For paying Lowes over $200 for each appliance I need installed, I would expect so much more from them. So dissatisfied and never again. My advice to Lowe’s, pay a bit more to get better vendors for your customers.
