Worst employees a company could ever hire. Absolutely no customer service skills, no social capabilities whatsoever, it's really at a shocking state. Miserable place to be, the employees will let you know in every way they can that they hate their jobs and they hate you for coming in.

i went in yesterday to purchase a funko pop as a christmas gift since it is that time of year. when i asked the cashier who was helping me, a woman, the question of “what’s their return policy?”, she decided to give me an offensive look while she laughed and said “why, do you plan on returning it?”. i said “well of course it is an option, it is a christmas gift” because we can never know how gifts will plan out and she proceeded to say “seven days with the receipt and unopened” still with an offensive look on her face. i do not understand how a simple question can be so difficult for individuals to answer, no customer should be spoken in that tone especially by an employee who is working in a mall gamestop!SIDE NOTE: i did find the name on the receipt of my cashier and her name is SOPHIA!

This company is an absolute joke. My boyfriend traded in a play station 5 and they took off $140 for the controller having stick drift… a controller cost $65. My boyfriends a lot nicer than I am so he didn’t make a fuss, but I wish I had been there because I absolutely would have. So I called to ask why that much and the worker alex (also the one that made the trade) explained that it’s the controller and PlayStation are valued as one; doesn’t make sense to me but that’s not really her fault for scammy company practices. However she claimed that she offered to sell him a new controller so he could get the full value, which was an absolute lie, she did not mention this at all. She was incredibly snarky and immediately on the defense as if she already knew what she did wrong. The company rips its customers off and I can’t wait for them to go under. Was a loyal customer but I’ll never buy from them again

The lady working there was very rude. She acted like I was offending her by shopping there and threw my stuff on the counter like she didn't care. I see why gamestop is going under.

Got ignored by young blond female cashier with glasses wearing pony tail while she was ringing me out. She cared more about her conversation with a passerby and her coworker than she did to tend to the person paying for an item versus the customer who was only chatting. No "thank you" or "have a good day". I had to ask for my bag and interrupt the conversation. Greet your customers!! The gentlemen yesterday was phenomenal. Shame on you, unprofessional little child. I work retail and your customer service is that of a two-year-olds.

I called the store to ask for a game, and a female staff stated they have it available right away. I asked if she could put one aside for me, and she said yes. I drove 25 miles to pick it up. I arrived to the store about 20 minutes after I called them. I asked for the game, the male staff looked for the game in the computer, and started to search for the game in the drawers. After a few attempts, he told me that they don't have it. I told him that I just called and the other staff stated that they had multiple copies of it and had put one on hold for me. The male staff member became defensive and stated that they do not hold games for anyone. Then the female staff added that "they sold quickly." They made me feel like it was my fault that I came to the store for nothing. They did not apologize for wasting my time and money driving there, nor did they own up to the mistake they made for not actually searching for the copy of the game when I called. It clearly did not sell that fast in the 20 minutes between my call and arrival, since they were searching for it and did not know where the game would even be. The staff were rude and careless. Definitely need to learn how to do customer service.

It's not what used to be...at this location anyway at Jordan Creek Mall. The collectable selection was almost non existent, there wasn't much of anything, and I left empty handed. I will not be returning to that store location.

Everything in there was way too pricey for used items this store was empty of people except for one cashier so I guess I'm not the only one who thought that GameStop had gone downhill fast

Pickup experience is a bit disjointed. Website says curbside pickup is available and when I called the store expecting an employee to bring the item to my vehicle they said they don’t offer the service and we had to go into the store.

Decent selection of new and used goods. Mediocre customer service at best. They usually have what we’re looking for at a moderately fair price.
