Do NOT use their car wash if you even remotely like your car. That thing almost broke a mirror off, it left my car dirty AND soapy, and didn't dry it worth a dang. Trash, trash, trash.Lucky the pizza is good when they don't give you the wrong order...

Don’t order pizza here, I’ve done it 3 times and it’s absolutely terrible everytime. They ALWAYS forget the Doritos on the taco pizza. I have to go by my own bag of chips for $5. After paying $18 for their terrible pizza. They always say “we don’t have a manager in” We will have them give you a call when their in? What kind of service is that. I’ve never gotten a refund, a coupon and they’ve never fixed the pizza. Whoever makes the pizza needs fired and whoever is the manager also needs fired lol. Clearly from the reviews it’s a management problem.

I love pizza. Every time I order Casey’s I get excited because the pizza is phenomenal. I just picked my online order up and it was ready to go with my drink and I was treated with respect and thanked. The guy with the cool looking dreads makes masterpieces in that kitchen. Kudos to him.

Used the app to order a pizza the night before, pick up time was 7AM. I got there at 6:59AM. The pizza wasn’t even started. Had to get to a morning meeting (that I was in charge of bringing breakfast to) so I could not wait the 6 minutes they said it would take. They did not apologize. They did not offer a coupon. I have had to call 3 times today to inquire about me refund. Aaron (or Erin) is a poor store manager. Will never use this location. Won’t order a pizza again through the app. Go to Papa Johns or another chain. Casey’s customer service is awful

I've never been to a Casey's and had a bad experience until we moved to West Des Moines. The Casey's on 22nd has got to be the worst store. I've been treated poorly several times. Also, on 3 seperate occasions almost overcharged which at this point I'm wondering if it's truly a mistake. I've noticed the overcharge and spoke up, but if I wasn't paying attention would have been charged double on all separate occasions. Be careful when you stop here! There pizza is awful as well. After this last stop it will be my last! Providing this review to warn others.

They have those new annoying video ads on all the gas pumps now. They blast super loud advertisments and conservative news at you while you fill up. You cannot skip or mute the ads at all.

On this particular visit this morning there was no breakfast pizza in the warmers. The employee in the back said to another "that they ran a lot of people off this morning by not having pizza" and then laughed about it??? This is not the first time I've had to go to multiple stores for their breakfast pizza. Ironic that Casey's is a convenience store yet they are anything but convenient.

Tonight, we ordered pizza from the Casey’s website and they have door dash deliver. They delivered the wrong pizza, which I’m not sure who was at fault for this but we understand mistakes happen. What happened following this is what was so disappointing.When I contacted the store, I talked to the woman in the kitchen who was clearly very irritated and annoyed to talk to me. She then gave the manager the phone and he was nice and said we needed to contact DoorDash and then DoorDash would have to contact them to get a refund or reorder. That was fine so we contacted DoorDash and then DoorDash called the store. The woman answered from kitchen, DoorDash began to explain the situation and then apparently when she realized what the call was about she just hung up. DoorDash then tried to call again and conveniently she wouldn’t pick up so nothing was able to be done. Obviously this reflects only one employee from the store, but I can’t believe how blatantly rude and disrespectful she was.

I try not to complain because I know working for the public can suck. So think of this as just a disappointment and not a complaint...but what is the point of offering subs if we can never get one. I come to this location quite a bit as it is by work....I come for lunch a lot as it is quick. Every time I try to order one, either they claim they aren't staffed enough to be able to make one or like today, I went in 12:42 pm...right during lunch and couldn't get a sub because they were out of bread? How are you out of bread during lunch? They never even gave me a bread option...just told me they were out of bread and it was in the oven...even though you offer more than one type. And it's not just this location.
