Luke had a car come in to Shottenkirk that I had test driven the same model before. I had settled on another model that was due to arrive in November. Luke remembered how much that I liked the safety features and comfort of the Kia Forte. Luke contacted me to see if I would like to take another look at Forte, because he had one on the lot. I was overjoyed. It was like Luke read my mind. I told Luke to hold it for me, and we made plans to buy the car. In preparation, Luke had all of the financing, detailing and aftermarket work completed before we arrived. The sale process was seamless and perfect. We couldn't be any happier with the experience. It was no less than great!

Initially thought it would be an oil change, but there were many more items that needed attention. I was kept informed along the way and all items were addressed in a very professional and timely manner. Can’t say enough about how pleased I am with my experience. Always feel like I am in good hands with my vehicles.

Went there on Thursday was told it would be a 5hr wait at the quicksand. Went back on Saturday morning by 8 am took almost 2 hrs or better watched people come in after me and get in and out . Ask them to put new bulbs in my low beams said they didn't have time as it would require removal of my bumper. Actually there's access through the wheel well took me about 20 minutes.

Great buying experience! Derek was a great salesman. The whole team was great, from the receptionist on up! I was treated fairly, no high pressure tactics like at some other places. It took me a little longer to make a decision,but they were great at communication. I will definitely buy from them again!

We had an appointments for 2 vehicles to get the oil changed and tires rotated first thing in the morning. I went to pick up both vehicles at 11:30AM to find out only 1 of them had been completed. I ended up taking both vehicles at that time. As we had other things to get done that day. And needed the cars back. You would think an appointment would be a priority over walk-in or whatever happened.*Edit* I talked with Kenny and he encouraged me to give them another try. I did schedule another oil change and tire rotation for today. The staff did a great job of getting the vehicle in at the appointment time and had it completed with in about 40 min. Thanks for taking care of us!

My salesman was Ephraim at Shottenkirk and he was outstanding!! Since the beginning of the process of buying my vehicle from them, he provided top notch customer service. I flew out to West Burlington, Iowa, from New Mexico and he was nice enough to pick me and a friend up upon arrival at the airport. Since it was my first time making a deal over the phone, Ephraim provided great communication the entire process and never left me wondering about anything! 10/10 would definitely choose to buy another vehicle from him!! We worked Ephraim, and he got us our vehicle faster than we expected and at a great price. He was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to work with our budget. He was also great with our kiddos for the duration of our time at the dealership! Joe was great with all our financial needs as well. This is our second purchase from this location, and we have always had great experiences with them. Highly recommend!
