After having my van for almost 5 weeks to replace a transmission, we got the van back with three brand new problems. A hole in the exhaust system, a metal scraping sound coming from the front wheel, and broken air conditioning. The service department tried their best to make things right, but we still have to take the car to another mechanic to get these problems fixed. I’m not sure who test drives cars after their services is done, but in my opinion, they are incompetent. I will never go back.

When I called to check availability the salesman walked to the vehicle and physically verified it was still there. Then knowing I was 1 1/2 hours away he drove the vehicle and gave me his honest opinion on it. When I arrived we test drove the car and I decided to purchase it. It took less the an hour to complete the transaction. They were awesome.
