I made an appointment at Walmart for a change of two front tires. When we showed up to our appointment we were rudely told we had 5 cars in front of us and it would be a couple more hours. To which we asked what’s the point of making an appointment if we have to wait? He asked us if we just expect him to move all 5 cars out to make room for us.
