Had a nail in a tire, and this shop was awesome. Great experience from start to finish for this somewhat standard repair. Tried dropping in after a call, and was told I best they could do was for me to drop it off. That didn't work so I headed home. By the time I got there they were calling me back to say "hey, we didn't know that was you, we were holding a slot!" That's what I get for being in a hurry to leave. So they made me an appointment for later in the day. I showed up ten minutes early. They had the vehicle on the lift about five minutes early and knocked it out quickly. Good price, good repair. Clean shop, clean and comfortable waiting area, friendly staff. They will be seeing me again, though hopefully only for service and not repair. This is for the Waukee location.

The owner really takes care of his customers . Time and time again, this place has gone above and beyond to provide the very best care! We have been coming here for our tires for two years and now trust this place with our teens vehicles. Highly recommend !!!

Really great place to take your vehicle. A bad storm was approaching and they offered to pull my vehicle inside so it was not damaged by winds/hail/anything. Would highly recommend!

We are traveling and had 2 tires that quickly wore down, we had steel wire shredding..they had the tires and quickly changed them out...thank you gentlemen for keeping us safe ..we're back on the road in under an hour.

I haven't had to go here in several years because my son now does work on my vehicles. But when I did go-- TOP NOTCH. Kelly is a good dude and pleasant to talk to and will give you some insider info on autos etc if you ask.

Spent over a thousand dollars to get my brakes replaced, and these tools somehow completely disconnect my parking brake. Then I'm told I have to schedule an appointment weeks out to get it fixed, when they should've just done the job I overpaid them to do

Just switched over to Heartland to support a smaller business-very impressed with my first visit! Ended up needing new tires too and they helped with picking out the best tire for my vehicle. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Quick and great pricing for services. The guys there are honest and transparent and very friendly. Ive gotten tires, fluid flushes, and other small services and always have had a great experience. Overall a great choice for a mechanic, they operate with a lot of integrity.

I took in a tire with a nail hoping to get it fixed in the next day or two. It was fixed, put on my pick up and the spare put back in the carrier in 20 minutes. The staff here were rock stars.

Kelly went above and beyond. In addition to putting on new tires for my wife’s jeep, he also pointed out a couple other things to check out. This led to some major savings as we are getting both issues fixed before her warranty expires. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Strongly recommend working with this company!
