The Waukee Hardware store is a real gem! Every time I am in there I learn something new to help either maintain a machine, tool or piece of equipment or fix whatever the issue of the day is. Their Customer service is outstanding and their breadth of knowledge and expertise on so many issues is impressive!

Excellent customer service! Waited until the last minute to make sure my snow blower would start and of course, it didn't. Needed a spark plug and the socket to change it. They provided the guidance, the tools, and an additional possible solution if the spark plug didn't do the trick. Highly recommend!

I had an emergent plumbing issue but knew I would get to the store right at closing time. I called ahead and asked if they'd stay open a few minutes late for me. I had good luck with the lights, but still got there right at closing time. They were waiting and helped me find what I needed. Great service and they had everything for me to make the repair. THANK YOU!
