I had a fabulous experience working with Iman and the whole crew at Deery Bothers in Waukee! I have been taking my 2015 Crystler Town and Counrty mini van for oil changers and routine check up’s for years, but when I decided to trade in my very loved car and purchase a new vehicle, Iman was the person to help me through the transition. Iman wrote down all my “needs” in a mini van and worked with my price point. It took a while to find just the right vehicle, but she was very patient with me found the vehicle with all my requests. I am so happy and would recommend Deery Brothers in Waukee to all my friends and family!

I don’t like going this route, but if you’ve ever considered purchasing a vehicle of any kind from Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Waukee, run far, far away.
3 weeks ago Saturday, we purchased a vehicle for Payden to replace her vehicle that was totaled by the Greenfield tornado.
We purchased the nicest thing we were able to, based on our budget, that would also be safe and reliable.
After a pretty substantial test drive and a review of the car history, we gave it to Payden the next day.
2 days later the vehicle died. It had an issue with intermittent starting. I sent a message to the sales person who ignored my message.
We were able to get it started and took it to the dealer the next day, asking what they can do, we’d just like to know the vehicle is safe. After a lengthy discussion with his manager, the salesperson returned stating “I don’t like giving bad news, but…”
I cut him off and said “but I’m being told to shut up and go away, right?”
His response?
“Basically, yes.”
I’ve sent a couple unanswered emails to Deery, since.
Listen, we’re fully aware of “as is” on a used car and if this were 6 months later, this post would never be made. But THREE DAYS LATER, is a bit excessive to me, specifically when we’re dealing with the safety of a 16 year old, as well as someone who patiently waited almost 6 months to have her vehicle replaced due to a natural disaster.
I’m not looking for sympathy, I’m simply looking for a large corporation to make it right.
As a business owner myself, mistakes happen, and I’ve done everything in my power to make things right when they do. That’s simply all I’m asking.
We’ve since taken it to a local mechanic who has stated the problem is a pretty expensive fix and there’s no surprise the dealer didn’t deal with it, but stated there is a law protecting consumers. Unfortunately, in the state of Iowa, when it comes to this situation, there is no protection for the consumer as the car has more miles than they allow for protection. (Their limit is 24,000, this car has over 100,000.)
Deery can easily make this right, but have refused to.
Businesses are in business to make money, but at what cost?

I will never be doing business with Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Waukee. We bought a 2020 Chrysler pacifica from them the end of September. It's now the beginning of November and we took the van in because I was driving home from work Thursday and all my lights came on my van. It was trying to accelerate when I was braking and running like crap. We took it to the dealership we bought the vehicle from as they have a 3 month warranty on their vehicles. Now we are being charged the $200 diagnostic fee plus they are charging us the $2000 to fix a throttle body sensor. Not only are they not willing to work with us, they also basically just tell us it's our problem. We will NOT being doing business with them and highly recommend you don't either. Most places have service after the sale. These people do not.

Went to Deery a couple months ago and bought a vehicle. Everyone I worked with was very professional and helped a lot. Unfortunately, the deal fell through and I had to return the vehicle. Everyone still remained professional. There was an issue with the previous owner of the vehicle and obtaining the title, which he failed to do. This was not any fault of Deery, and they honored their word throughout the entire process. I fully respect a business who has honor, integrity, and keeps their word. I will be back to do business with them again in the future and would fully recommend them for anyone who needs a car! Special shoutout to Iman for being my first contact at Deery!

Social media is a powerful tool. Make it right for that 16 year old child who just wanted a safe car to replace her car damaged in a Tornado after waiting 6 months. Deplorable. 3 days after purchase is shady!!

Deery is a great place to buy a car. They went way above to get us in the car we wanted. Once we got there we also liked another one. So we went back and forth trying to decide. Mikey our salesman was fantastic. He was always right there to help us. The managers and finance lady were so nice. I would reccommend buying a car here.
