I have been meaning to leave a review about this location for a while now. The employees here are OUTSTANDING! Each and every one of them are super helpful and always super friendly. A couple years ago there were 2 gents that made you feel pretty bad about just pulling in the parking lot. The team here is GREAT!

Poor delivery service left in front yard of apt building of colonial manors on.Allen st waterloo. When it can be brought into the mail area in through the front door. I have more packages coming I hope the show.more care about delivery .terrible service

Today I went in to ship something from my work to our corporate head quarters. The person who was helping me started freaking out on me because I didn’t want to ship the package from my personal address (that is linked to my phone number) I needed to ship it from a different address. Literally yelled at me and said “I don’t know why you are being like this” every time I tried to speak and let him know that I needed to ship it from my work address. We use this store weekly for items from my work to corporate and never had an issue until I talked to this man. Headed to FedEx for everything.

I paid 187.00 bucks to have two big metal dragon sconces shipped on a Friday night they said it would go out and get to it's destination by Wednesday but it was Thursday and when the lady received the box it had dents and tears in it and the two glass globes were shattered and no where on the box did it say fragile or handle with care I filed online they said go thru the store now I can't get a manager to return my call so I guess I need to contact sn attorney because it's flat out gross negligence.

Nice people even when stressed. They had a lot going on and then ran out of paper in the printer. It was chaos but they kept it together. Great job!

They were very fast and happy to help me operate the copy machine. The staff was very welcoming and offered all the solutions to my questions, I try to go to this location as much as possible
