I must say it was such a pleasant experience booking my storage rental. The level of customer service left me feeling happy by the end of my rental. They really care about their customers it’s not just about the money they want you to enjoy the process start to finish and if you have any concerns about anything, they are quick to address. I had a wonderful experience. Katie is the greatest customer service rep I have ever encountered and I even use to have the same type job. She was so understanding of my situation and talked with me as if we had known each other our whole lives. I'm forget grateful she answered when I called.

The direct number they give you is never a direct number, it’s to a corporate office in Florida and then THEY have to get ahold of someone on the property (even though they have an office on site??) Had the worst experience trying to get ahold of someone. They put an auction fee on my unit yet gave me the opportunity to pay up on my unit, and still charge me the auction fee even though none of my belongings were sent to auction. I asked if they could take that fee off and they said no. They took the second person off of my unit with no notification to me, they also allowed said person to take their payment off record without notification to me. company couldn’t care less about you as a person or trying to work with you. Will never be using them again. Loved it when it was Platts storage, not whatever company this is that took them over.

Price increased by 50 dollars in just a week. Went to get the unit and no one was available to help when they were supposed to be open.
