I went here for 20 yrs gave 5 stars 4 yrs ago. Today 2 is all they deserve, For years this was my go to plays if I needed medical help, crisis support, The people were friendly and helpful. Understanding they actually cared about patience . I loved this office. The way that I have been treated the last several interactions that I have had with this office over the last 2 years have been less than desirable. But mostly just through the attitude and actions of one doctor but he has allowed my medical history to be miss charted. He has made it hard for me to receive the care that I need from my primary. Doctor's office and today I was refused to speak to him. I had a physical scheduled. I ran late. I called ahead of time to let them know I was a couple minutes late. I was less than 15 minutes late, and he. Refused to even speak to me. I told him he I could wait on the physical that I would come back because I live out of town.
And he would not even speak to me. He had 15 minutes. Tell his next appointment at least and he could not bring himself to give me 5 minutes of his time so I can ask him a simple question about my healthcare. Now, I understand that he couldn't see me for the actual appointment because I was late. I understand that he has other patients who he needed to see but it was not time for their appointment yet either. I just wanted to speak to him. He can bill for me speaking to him for giving me medical advice or whatever. But
Denying me to even speak to him when I had a 30 minute block of time scheduled Is rude? I understand being late is rude.
I was coming from out of town. My car was messing up. I couldn't even drive the speed limit and there was a huge accident right behind my car on my way into town. None of which was in my control. I'm disappointed.

Absolute worst experience I've had with this clinic. Had an appointment at 11:15am. Got into the Dr's office about 11:05am. Waited 30 minutes and no one, not even a nurse came to check on me. It wasnt even busy. I got up and walked out. Nobody should have to wait 20 minutes or more past their appointment time. I will never go back to this clinic ever again

Ive been going to this clinic on and off for a while but few days back was the worst. The woman couldnt pull up records that were 2 years and older older. So going back 2 years thats the only records hey have accesss to. That is the worst, unprofessional place I know. Im sitting at home now taking one antibiotic they prescribed. I called them because ive been unemployed for over three months and I have medicaid, i asked rhem if rhem can prescribe some pain reliever/fever reducer pills. Ive spend alot of money taking ibroprophen and tylenon every 2 hrs. The nurse told me to go in the store and find different medication and buy it even though I dont have money. Im sitting here with a fever over a 100 and she told me if its not better come back next week. How am I going to buy more pain reliever/ and fever reducer pills in the store ?

Horrible experience, my wife was misdiagnosed for something for months. Another non-doctor saw her and in 5 minutes deduced the actual problem. It is probably law-suit worthy if we were those type of people. We switched doctors and have no regrets. If you have any real problems, or medical situations, don't go to this place.

I have been looking for a new dentist for a while now since my old one closed down, I lost my job, got a new job and new insurance. I tried out Aspen dental but missed the family-friendly feel I had in my last dental office. After my first appointment I felt so welcomed and cared for - not only that they discovered I had my first cavity - they got me scheduled for another appointment, calmed my nerves and sent me on my way. When I got my cavity filled it was quick, easy and painless. I was so impressed. I was in and out in about 16 minutes. I am so pleased and excited to have found such a great dental office to continue my routine care with!

I had a great first experience here! I had such a hassle at my last doctor's office with waiting months to get in for a physical, surprise bills, and rude service when calling to ask about those bills, so I decided to switch. Here, the secretaries were kind and were able to get me an appointment that day. I highly recommend Dr. Pasupathi. She gave me all the time and attention I needed, asking me multiple times if there was any other health concerns to discuss. She explained things in detail in ways that I could understand. I will definitely be returning here for future visits!

I would recommend this office to everyone. Always treat me like I'm the only patient in the office, easy scheduling, they get me in and out in a timely manner, and address all my concerns, Dr Moncrieff and his staff is the best. Thank you for taking care of me.

I received tests that ultimately had nothing to do with the condition I was diagnosed with. Then, I was billed for those services which created a hardship. I've received better healthcare at other locations since.

I went to Northeast Iowa Practice Center for swelling and pain the doctor informed me that it was just an infection and take this antibiotic. I came back a few weeks later with the same she ran test even had her supervisor look at me he even told me don't lose any sleep over it, keep taking the pill. I even asked her do you think it's cancer? She said absolutely not. I ended up in the E.R. the Dr there changed the pills that she put me on. I came back to her a few days later and was visibly upset that the e.r. doc changed my pills. She told me that it's still an infection not to worry about it. Finally I went back to a doc that was there in her place he said you need to go to a urologist. Urologist told me I had stage 3 cancer. During this time when I went to the doctor for help and she assumed it was an infection. It had spread and that if she diagnosed me properly surgery could have been the only option but now I went through 3 rounds of chemo. Lost my job and etc. and living with the lasting effects of chemo. Could have killed me. Please please do not go to this Physician at all.
