I wanted highlights but instead got one color. I thought she was going to add highlights but that wasn't the case. It's to dark for me and I like my highlights. Now I really don't like my hair. I'm not happy with the haircut. To much was taken off the back and my bangs still do nothing. Back to looking for a hair stylist that will actually try and fix my hair. The money I spent is outrageous not to like it.

Get my hair and face done there. All the lady’s are lovely. Lisa the owner is so sweet and cares so much about her business and taking care of her customers.
My barber the beautiful Jordyn! Hands down the best hair cuts I’ve ever gotten.
She’s so funny and easy to talk to.
Requested style: I’ve always got what I wished for and when it’s not possible I’m explained that an a way that’s easy for me to understand as someone who doesn’t cut hair.
Stylist: Jordyn is my barber. She’s so good. Takes pride in her job and your opinion and wants of your hair cut. I highly recommend her.

So I’m going a 5 star review due to the politeness of the manager, we had a mishap today with my hair by another stylist who may just need more practice cutting hair, the manager was kind enough to refund me and offer to fix my hair and even provide a coupon. I go in tomorrow to have my cut fixed, once fixed I’ll provide more information on the results. I am highly satisfied with the way the company and manager is handling the situation, sometimes bad things happen yes I was initially very upset and still kind of am. But I greatly appreciate how the manager was willing to fix the situation. Will update tomorrow on result of my hair being fixed. Staff was all very nice while there as well.
Went back today to get my cut fixed an Leanne knocked it out of the ball park looks AMAZING! Going back Wednesday for eye brows and hair color! ❤️

We've always had a great experience with the stylists and the atmosphere here. All of the stylists seem like a tight knit group and you can feel the comraderie among them. The services are wonderful, and they have taken great care of our haircuts and make recommendations but listen to what you want for your hair. We were able to get appointments for 5 people on a Saturday since we and they were flexible. They made my daughter's day with their positive and fun attitudes.

Each time I go, I feel like I've gotten the haircut I've always wanted. Just be sure to bring some photos/examples of what you want, and talk through it! I swear by this place

Courtnee colored, toned, and cut my hair and did a fabulous job. She listened to my concerns and requests and helped me narrow down my options with honest feedback. She made sure I was happy with everything and executed it perfectly. I am thrilled with the results! The location was clean and the rest of the staff were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I will absolutely be back!

It took me years to find my stylist, Reyna, who is top-notch, after my previous one had to quit to fight cancer. Sadly, I had to end my relationship with her after the horrible customer service received by other stylists over the phone today. I will shave my head before I step foot back in Hair Biz.***Hair Biz (Owner)24 minutes agoHi Leah,I just tried to call you.I'm confused as to how this got out of hand.Your appointment was 12/5/22 you requested product so we got that for you and called twice.Today it was brought to my attention that they noticed it's been about a month so they decided to call you to let you know you had till the end of the day to pick it up before we put on our retail shelf.From my end what I heard was that a man had called for you and called my Stylist that answered the phone a cuss word.I do not understand how a request for you to pick up product lead up to a 1 star review.When I did try to call you I did leave you a phone number by text if you'd like to call me and figure this out.Sincerely, Lisa King***There’s no confusion that this got out of hand because of your staff. I was contacted last week for the first time regarding the product that was out of stock at the time of my appointment 12/5/2023. I was anxiously awaiting it getting restocked, having no expectation on when it would be, I feel I was more than patient. I have no missed calls nor voicemails from Hair Biz. Being that it was the Holidays when I was contacted (1 time), I had no free time to come get it, and I wasn’t informed it was time sensitive. At no time were any cuss words used, and that man who called is my husband. He called to try to clear things up. A 1-star review for this kind of customer service is very fitting and seemingly pretty reflective.
