“Best price on gas in town, which is also why it's extremely busy. The one-way lanes are frustrating. Would be okay if everybody's gas fills were on the same side of the vehicle. But they are not, unfortunately. Still it's manageable if you go against the grain on occasion.”

“I had a low tire at about 7:00 on a Wednesday evening. I called Jim Lynn. Very nice, young man on the phone said. They could get it in. I drove immediately to the station, he said. He had one in front of me. That was no problem. I went and ate supper. When I came back, he showed me exactly what was wrong. Might be a problem down the road, but fixed. It was very nice. Couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly rate Jim Lynn. I always have. When Jim owned it, it was great. It's continued to be great. And young man named Nathan that took care of me last night was exceptional.”

“The customer service was above and beyond! The lady helped us very thoroughly showing us the app and reward system, even pulled out her phone to show us how it worked. We then ordered a pizza and went to our car to wait for it and the lady even brought our pizza to our car. Definitely a five star experience. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves a raise and employee of the month. :) This was on 6/30 at about 4pm.”

“Can’t say much about atmosphere due to my arrival time of 5:30 Sunday morning, except they have remodeled a bit since I last visited. Can’t really say much about anything except the new pizza chef…little backstory here-over the course of the last couple years i’ve noticed a serious decline in the Caseys company as a whole. It came to the point of no longer visiting the stores because every time there was a problem-We all know Road Ranger used to be pretty nice, but now they’re on a pogo stick to dying, Flying J, meh, then came Loves with their over priced Loves garbage, which leaves the awesomeness of KT with no parking or Caseys to choose from… Welcome to the Waterloo area!So today, i decided to give Caseys a try to see if this location could redeem the whole company for its Caseysness… pizza is the most popular, and by far the most economical of all the food in the area, so ya gotta do it right, right?Success!Dante the newest pizza chef has a serious passion for his work. He told me that when he sees something new that someone orders, he makes one for himself before he goes home to try… i feel this!!! I would do the exact same thing! heck, i’ve driven trucks all my life, and what do i do on time off? go see places i thought would be interesting no matter how far away they were from home.For Caseys - good hire hereFor Dante - you better post your schedule on the door so people know when to expect greatness… and keep making that crust like you do, because when i opened the box it jumped up and screamed “SHUT UP AND EAT ME!!!”Well Done, Bravo!”
