“Aloha! We bought our cookware set nearly 20 years ago and still use them daily. The upfront cost of the cookware seemed high at the time, 2 decades later… well worth it! The only other wedding gift that we still have, is our kitchen aid mixer. The customer service we have had here in Iowa has been quite pleasant and consistent with what you would expect for a company that has a solid product and warranty. You get what you pay for when getting this cookware system.-Joe”
“I started servicing this store as part of my vendor route recently,I am quite impressed with the level of service and quality,I personally have spent over 50 years in the grocery business and I believe this store is on the right track, they have quite the array of ready to eat foods, freshly made hot entrees, salads and an olive bar, and freshly prepped pasta salads , definitely with checking out if you have never shopped here!”
“The owner is an Ankeny high school graduate! I try to shop and support our local businesses when ever I can. Employees were very helpful and I will definitely be back.”
“Glad to see this location has someone that knows what they're doing. The nice young gal at the register and from my understanding is very new to the company and was able to help me better than any previous experiences I've had coming to this location for years!”
“Went to GNC tonight and the man that was there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I wish I would have grabbed his name as he definitely deserves a shout out. I've been looking at my options to boost my nutrition but wasn't 100% confident in my choices or knowledge in what to look for when selecting a protein powder. I'm so glad I decided to pop by in-person rather than make some online order; will definitely be returning!”
“I've been here once, and it is the only GNC I have been to. It's a suite in a strip mall-like area, so of course not incredibly large. The selection is decent, prices can be a bit higher compared to larger franchise shops or of course purchasing online. They have some items you can't find locally very easily otherwise. There are some products I purchase often that are the same price or cheaper as options I have found online, such as Now Eucalyptus Oil.
The employee was extremely friendly, and actually rather insistent about making conversation and going quite above and beyond to look through a large book they have on hand to find products that would meet my criteria. I think perhaps the employee was a bit bored as it was late at night and had probably been pretty quiet there for a while.”
“Its a nice store of you are looking for supplements. And the staff was nice when I was there. If you want food, probably try the other location. A good amount of what they have is stuff I like (like a nice ratio of vegan items), there just isn't much of it.An FYI for EBT (food stamps) customers: they don't accept EBT cards at this location either.”
