Excellent place to shop for desks and chairs. I had been looking for an office chair that does not break my back, for 6 months. Justin and Jared (?) were super helpful. Priced way more reasonably than Amazon. I would strongly recommend you check this place out before ordering online.

I’ve tried 4 different times to reach a sales attendant at Urbandale Business Furniture Warehouse. I’ve never been able to speak to a human other than the main operator who’s off site. I can’t believe that customer service is gone in the US.

I was searching for modern home office furniture to fit in my small office space. The team at BFW helped me find the perfect furniture for my space. I ordered a lift desk, credenza, and a planter. It fits perfectly in my space and is sleek and modern and I enjoy working in the space. The furniture was delivered to my home and set up in my office by the delivery crew. They worked quickly and were very courteous. Overall a fantastic experience! I would not hesitate to recommend!

Great selection of Hon and Steelcase office chairs and desks. Clean showroom and a few deals on truckload merchandise. I purchased a Leap chair and walked out with a chair in my car in about 10 minutes.
