Very rude took the wheels and tires out of my vehicle took them in the shop went back in the building and they told me there was somebody in front of me so I could wait or leave so I asked for my wheels and tires back and left I always thought when the counter person asks if they can help you and takes your stuff that they are helping you but I guess not won't go back and will let everyone know how great they are at customer service

Max and Noah are awesome! I visited the Sioux City location on April 16 with a need for tire balancing. I was just passing through from Fargo to Omaha and my steering wheel started shaking. I booked an appointment online and the earliest was 3 hours from then. I just drove up and anticipated waiting. Max got me in right away and Noah had my tires balancing and ready to go in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate their professionalism and being willing to help me get back on the road. Thanks!

Awesome service as usual for a Discount Tire! Made an appointment and arrived early, and they had no problem getting me in early. Tires were rotated and balanced ans I was out in a jiffy! Great experience!

No point in making an appointment.
The last two time I've been there, it's been an incredible wait. First time was a little over 3 hours for a tire swap, this time they put a truck on their "only alignment rack" when I got there for my scheduled aligment.
I ended up being told they couldn't do the alignment after I waited 2 hours. I was told the centric bolts were maxed. I took it to Firestone in the state I was heading to, and they had no issue doing the alignment.

Max and Chad are absolutely amazing. I have worked with Max on a couple sets of tires and he is superb! The price and quality is one thing, but the staff at this location definitely set it apart!

They know how to treat their customers. They gave me free services when I hadn't bought anything from them. Which led me to eventually buy a set of tires from them. Have not been disappointed so far with service after the sale.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEST PRICEI started shopping for tires by calling around and getting prices, when I called Discount Tire I spoke with Max, he was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable... something I had not experienced when calling other tire shops... After dealing with Max over the phone I decided to end my search and will be purchasing my tires from Discount Tire. I will be highly recommending Discount Tire to anyone I know that is in the market and appreciate Max for not forgetting what customer service is supposed to be.

When no one else i called could get me in for 2 new tires to be put on. Rich fit me in and it was fast! Rich was super friendly and knowable! I have literally never written a review but Discount Tire and Rich deserve some recognition!!! Thanks so much, i will definitely be back!!!!!
