What kind of a podunk place is this? I pulled up to get gas yesterday, and only 2 of the 4 pumps were operational. So, I pulled up to one that ended up only being half way operational. The pump on the unleaded was completely missing (which is what I usually get). So I went ahead and chose unleaded plus, and it was so slow that I stopped at 2 gallons. And, of course, I had to go inside if I wanted a receipt. What an embarrassment to Casey's.

Would not recommend this location! Unfriendly staff, store is dirty, pumps have no receipt paper regularly. When you go inside and ask for receipt, staff act like it is an inconvenience for them. Have lost our business at this point.

When I first walked in there were no lids for anything except the large cups at the drink station and it just was dirty , two employees were at the registers no customers no hello . I tried to get a large mt dew but it was flat , okay so grabbed a 20 oz instead and a burger. Proceeded to check out and let the cashier know the mt dew was flat he didn’t respond to my comment just said my total I paid and repeated again hey I don’t know if you heard me but your mt dew in the drink station is flat he said do you want your receipt .. I mean I wasn’t searching for an apology although I feel it would have been appropriate customer service. I just said to myself ok whatever let it go but then I get to eating my burger and it’s burnt so gotta add ketchup to both sides to make it edible and I open the burger and see this … all things together was just to much not to post a comment . Dirty store & poor customer service ??Update: in response to your reply I contacted who you told me too except I did so on August 5th directly after writing this review … definitely thought I would get at least some type of response from them by now but nothing still as on August 9th.

This location has had some hard times with employees but anyone I've talked to that works there has been super friendly and helpful ? the struggle is real right now with people not wanting to work. Thanks for staying open in our small town ?

Two times we have ordered online, and been told when pizza would be ready only to get there and be told they have no order. Address of the store was confirmed in the app. We've tried calling and either no answer, their system is down, or today was told "we are changing phone number and don't have one" - bunk, phone companies don't work that way. I drove through the snow storm tonight to get a pizza that they never bothered making. Quality has also gone down drastically - extremely limp and greasy pizza with the grease getting on the seats of my truck it's so bad. You can't pick up the slices as stuff slides off on the grease. The grease literally drips.Last time I deal with these kids. App is either faulty or they can't work the system. TWO times we ordered - "we never got the order". Done with 'em.A business with no phone!

They never have any pizza in the warmers in the morning. Parking lot full of customers and the girl in the kitchen doesn't feel like making food. It wouldn't be an issue if it didn't happen every time I come in here. The girl running the register is awesome though good service from her.

LOVE Caseys pizza! Even happier since they started offering gluten free crust! Runnells, IA has an awesome staff that are super friendly and always greet my husband and I with a smile. We love going there and seeing their faces! Makes us happy to stop at any Caseys while we are out and about.
