I have been excited to get some color outside my house after I put my Winter decor away. It’s hard to shop for things with everything closed. I messaged the ladies there, told them what I was looking for, they sent pictures, I paid over the phone, and then picked my items up at their back door. The whole process from start to finish only took about an hour, and it’s so great to be able to support small business. Shopping made easy!

II was very disappointed by the flower arrangement that Something Special delivered for my father's funeral. The white roses had brown edges and were past their prime. I immediately took a photo so I could show what the arrangement looked like to Something Special. When I showed the photo to the two women working in the store, they denied that the roses were brown and wilted when delivered. I asked for a half refund, but they only gave me $5.00. It was very depressing to receive half dead flowers at my father's funeral, but even more depressing to see the irresponsibility and lack of customer care by Something Special. Do not buy flower arrangements from this store!
