I am surprised by so many negative reviews here, I will say there was a time that the front desk staff was not very good. There was a male nurse that I will never allow to work with me again, I have never seen him there again when I complained. However, things have improved greatly at the front desk. As far as the doctors I have seen a couple there, but my main doc is Dr. Hanson and she is great! She spends a lot of time making sure my questions are answered. She is very good.

I’m new to Medicare and went in for a Wellness check. Didn’t know Medicare would only pay for New to Medicare check. The doctor ask questions and sent me for 2 routine test. Told him my finger was hurting so sent me to Ortho. For 15 minutes my bill was $417. $251 for Annual Wellness (all they did was ask questions) $166 for an office visit because I complained about my finger.

My doctor is Brittany Sanger and I drive from Newton to see her. I had an appointment at 9:15 and was going to be about 5 min late. I called the office and the phone rang and rang. I was 5 minutes late and they had to check my insurance and do an online sign in on their tablet before checking me in...only to tell me she wanted me to reschedule because I was "late". I have 4 kids and travel quite a ways to be here and am a frugal mom on a budget. Thanks for nothing!!!!!

Worst front desk staff I’ve ever experienced. Unhappy, unprofessional and rude. If I didn’t love our provider, Annie Hamilton, I would have already found another clinic. Admin needs to check these reviews and make appropriate changes. If the front desk employees were half as interested in being efficient as they do about spending their time gossiping out loud with each other this would be a decent clinic.

If Zero Stars was an option that is what this facility would get from me and my entire family.The staff are rude and unhelpful, snotty, and unprofessional. My husband and I went into Urgent care after he fainted and hit his head when he blacked out. The nurses let us sit in the waiting room for 45 and when they finally called us back one nurse walked up and said oh what's your name? And when we told her she said oh I forgot I was supposed to tell you, you need to go to the ER!!1 WHAT!!?? You forgot?? How long ago were you supposed to tell us that?? Did you forget when you were playing around with your nurse friends and stuffing your face with food? How can you forget to tell a patient they cannot be seen there and send them to an ER? Peoples lives are on the line! and you forgot because you were too busy watching your phone and joking around about Reese Pieces? She dared to get snotty with me so I called the director of this urgent care and notified them. Doubt anything will be done, and my mother went to this urgent care and I came about 20 min after she got a room and walked in on a group of their nurses talking poorly about my mother out in the front desk where other patients could hear them calling my mom names and laughing because she came to an urgent care in cardiac episode instead of going to an ER. Nothing was done then either when it was reported.Unbelievable!!! DO not trust this place for anything more than an ear infection... if that

Terrible place. I have tried over 6 months to get a cardiologist referral, and these people won't answer the phone, won't call me back. Nothing.

Took 2 weeks to get in ,a couple times.. I tried to see Sally Bennett found her to be very uncaring.and unknowledgable and wants to refer you to specialits for so much, but even then referrals get lost or take too long to send off

I haven't been able to get an answer on the main office number. I have set and waited for 20 plus minutes and no one ever answers. I have had to talk to my Dr. The only way I can think of getting an appointment with any Dr. there is to drive from Newton and walk in and make an appointment. I love my Dr. It's frustrating that I can't get through. I see Dr. Abler. When I have been to the office. The women at the front desk are usually talking. Is there another number I can use to at least get through to the front desk. I guess I will have to travel a little further and find another Dr. My insurance only allows me to go to Mercy one clinic's. Can any of you let me know why I can't get an answer on the phone? I'm desperate.If they are short on employees I will work at the front desk. I need a job.

Receptionist are unfriendly wondering why there in this field dealing with the public, I couldn't get a name because name tag turned backwards but dealt with a lady this morning trying to get a problem tooken care of and she was ru!

I use to see Dr Chandani at pleasant hill location. She’s a very Great Dr. very knowledgeable and takes pride in what she does. One of her nurses is a joke. She told me to find different place to go if I don’t like the way I am being treated by her the nurse. Very unprofessional. Mind you, I work in healthcare as well. I am not going to treat a person that is trusting me to help them feel better. I am finding different Doctor now. wish I could keep Dr Chandani.
