My company operates out of Des Moines but we had a call in panora. We stopped for a bite on the way out when our van died on us. We walked over to ask if they could take a look for us and the mechanic working that day dropped what he was doin and came out and took a look for us. He got us fixed and ready to go immediately. This is a great business and have great employees! We would recommend them to anyone!

had some work done here, they took all the plastic off the bottom of the car. got it back and they didn't use any of the rivets. i made it 2 miles down the road and all the plastic was dragging on the ground. called them and he told me the rivets got broke during removal and napa didn't have any. so instead of telling me that they just didn't use any. took it back the next day to have them install the rivets, and 2 days later all the plastic is dragging on the ground again because the brackets got ruined from dragging on the ground. i was charged 75$ an hour for work that wasn't to satisfaction. very disappointed and won't come back.
