We had always went to them for vehicles. We bought a used one 3 years ago and when I went to see about trading it in on something bigger and they offered me not even half of what my loan was to pay it off. They over charged for my vehicle 3 years ago by around $20,000. They were unable to correct their over charging me issue. Don't think I will be working with them in the future, but our salesman Eddy was amazing and has been both times I have worked with him.

Took over 6 months to fix a radio issue. Replaced radio twice only told me about one. It was taken in several times. Each time, I did what the service man told me to do. Sent him a video of the issue because he stated GM didn't believe what was being said. They gave me a loaner for a week while they tried to find out what was wrong. Didn't find anything. Last time it was in, they had it for over and week, no loaner. Said it was not calibrated to the new radio. Tried to contact one of the owners and left a message with the receptionist to call me. No response. Guess I will find another dealer.

Customer service was fabulous. Although I had to wait a month for my warranty part to come in, I received weekly updates on the part status and was scheduled promptly when the part became available. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was welcomed immediately. And they began the service work. I was offered a courtesy ride to my barber, and then picked up promptly. The work was accomplished ahead of schedule, and I have had no problems with the repair.
I would highly reccomend Vaughn Motors for your vehicle's service work. The staff seemed to generally want to make my experience comfortable.
