“Arrived in town and discovered my trailer tire had a cut sidewall and a bent rim. My dispatch/roadside support team called Mike's Tire with my issue. Mike and his team were waiting to greet me when I arrived. They had a spot where I could get my whole truck safely off the road right next to their shop and only 34 minutes later, I had new tire and rim installed and I was back on the road.
