Ottumwa shop doesn't show on the website to schedule an appointment with. And when you try to call them you just get a recording that hangs up after evwey option and keeps telling you to go online where tada ottumwa shop isn't on there! So now I have to pay almost an extra 75 for their mobile service to come 2 hours and do it.

They were great! The guy drove all the way to my home to replace my windshield, which is over an hour. He did it outside in my drive way and it only took him about an hour. He was very nice and curteous and so far the glass is holding good. No complaints.

impossible to get ahold of Ottumwa office. online only shows an hour away in Iowa city and mobile services which cost extra

They came out and repaired my wife's 2018 Odessey van windshield! $147 instead of (gulp) $1200 to replace it! ? We can hardly even see where it was starbursted. Very happy!
