What a strange experience with this place. I walked in and was TOTALLY ignored. I just couldn't get any help! I ended up looking for myself. There were two people on the phone and I know that one was a personal call because I could hear her joking and cutting up. One little lady was running around trying to help everyone herself. Very very lazy people

Truck broke down 2 hours from home couple miles out of town called a few places no one would deliver the part I needed these guys had no problem helping me out no delivery fee even called back half hour later to make sure I was good to go and all was well very good people to deal with 110% will have my business if have any more issues in the area

Around 2 weeks ago I came in for wipers for my new Jeep (new to me anyway). I wasn't sure how to change them but Will helped me pick out new wipers and install them since I didn't know how. He even taught me really quick how to do it. Friendly staff members like that are the reason I actually enjoy coming here. I know it was something small like wipers.. but it's something I didn't know how to do anymore because the mechanism was different than my last vehicle. Instead of letting me stand there awkwardly in the windshield wiper aisle he asked me if I needed help then took me over to the computer. He's awesome and thank you Will!

Complete incompetence, if someone needs a fan belt ask if they have air conditioning before selling them a useless belt! This isn't rocket science....

Seems to always have plenty of employees just not always helping customers and waiting can be time costing! But understanding they may be doing a order for online or called in order!
