Kraig Ford in Oskaloosa has a very well round knowledge staff and they want you to feel valued. Everyone from the Sale manager, finance gentleman and our sale guys. Even the detail gentleman was very polite and ask if we need anything. They didn’t want us to leave having unanswered questions and explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend Kraig Ford as a first stop when looking for a vehicle. Small town nice really come to mind then thinking about this dealership.

Terrible management. I watched an assistant manager belittle a contractor and speak so negatively towards him.
It was clear that is the normal around there as all the salespeople turn away to their desks and pretend like nothing is happening. Whoever their assistant manager is should be fired.
