Jaun is the upmost respectful shop owner I have ever dealt with. I don't feel taken advantage of not knowing the mechanics, and how everything works. Jaun always explains all the issues to where I can understand them, and explains my options for how to fix it. I cannot express my thank to shop owner, John. We broke down at the Eddyville, Iowa off ramp. After many calls to find a repair shop we were given John's name and number. He was located 9 miles away (the auto shop located 1.3 miles away had already closed and the other couldn't help us) anyway. I told John what was going on and if we could get someone to bring us parts my husband could fix our problem. After telling me he doesn't do repair calls or roadside work....he tells me he will go pick up our parts and bring them to us. Did I mention we are traveling and 6 1/2 hrs from home. John is our God sent Angel today. God bless him, his business and his family.

I have been having a battery not holding a charge for the past couple months in my family van. I asked Auto Care Solutions II to check it out. I dropped in, they confirmed it was a bad battery, check out the charging system to be sure it was ok. Swapped out the battery for a New one with a great warranty. Sent me down the road within an hour. Super grateful for the fast, honest quality work!!! Thanks very much!
