My grandmother had a flat tire today. It's freezing out, dead of the winter and few business options. The guy was terribly rude. When she asked the towing fee, he said whatever he chose to charge her.

Very friendly small town shop and parts service. Always willing to find what you need. Most stuff they have on hand but some they order in.

Worst road side service we've ever received. Appt. set up for sometime between 4-4:30 p.m. Reis Service showed up at 3:30 and chewed ME out because they had "lost $50! Because we were here at 3:30 p.m." Was not my fault they showed up 30 minutes ahead of appt. time. I walked out of work at 4 p.m. expecting to have a bit of wait time, only to be chastised for not arriving earlier! They were snotty, rude, and not the least bit helpful. They jump started my car, so I guess you can say they did their job. Should anything happen in the future, I will be certain to tell Road Side Assistance NOT to send Reis Service. If there is NO ONE ELSE available, I'll figure something else out. Life is too short to deal with people like this.
