The new system has been taking way too long to adjust. It messed with the text notifications, notifying me of one script multiple times even after I pick it up. It messed with the repeat refills as well, they had to adjust that and I don't even know if it's for all my scripts yet because I've gotten some a day late and the staff doesn't pay attention. Once I had to pay for a script and the big boss lady acted like she didn't want to go thru the process because they were so busy that day. New staff has been poorly coordinated, it seems like they don't learn everything they need to, which leads to things not getting done. I like only a couple or few of the staff. I prefer Hy Vee because of the drive thru so thumbs up on that. The new system has everything messed up and they don't make sure you know that your repeat refills aren't listed as "repeat refills" any longer. So call them and make sure.

I hate using this pharmacy in Newton, IA! They make so many mistakes! I called about a mistake that was made on one of my prescriptions today & a worker named Cathy was snotty with me about a mistake they made!!

They never had my medicine in stocks. Always my heart medicine, too. Didn't matter if I ordered 5 day's before.Dont know what you'd call it but I call it incompetent

Went to the store had a gift card, I purchase pop and dog food, the total was$37.69 she told me I had $27.01 left on the card, so I had her ring up the rest of my groceries. The rest of the groceries totaled $26.10, so should have been nothing owed! But oh no, she says that will be $53.29. I questioned that but she said that it was right, got hope and used calculator and couldn’t get the bill to be what I got charged on. Went to the store and the customer service said no it’s right. Not sure I will ever go there again!!!

I am very disappointed that your store has decided to make so may of the checkout lines self checkout. There were 2 checkers and self checkout lines not being used while patrons waited in line for the checkers to check them out.

We did carry out Chinese tonight from the Newton Hy-Vee, and this was the worst food I have ever had from a Hy-Vee. I moved to Newton from Ankeny about a year ago, and this was our first experience with the Newton Hy-Vee. We ordered two entres which came with a rice choice, 2 egg rolls, and 2 crab rangoon. We received 3 containers (bowls with lids--two entre selections and one rice selection) that were about 1/2 full--very scant and clearly old food. Even the steamed rice was only about half full, and we all know rice is dirt cheap. The egg rolls and crab rangoon were ice cold. We asked for sweet and sour sauce and got none--we ordered the food online and it was picked up. So, for about $20 we got about half the quantity of food that is usually in the containers, the food was cold AND old, and we didn't get any sweet and sour sauce as requested. What a disappointment. I'm not a Hy-Vee shopper because of the outrageous prices, but I have had some fairly good deli food from my Ankeny Hy-Vee. This was very sub-par. We won't be ordering again.

I have been waiting for my sons medication for over two weeks, no one thought to call me to tell me about a delay. I called to see why I hadn’t gotten a notification for his medicine and I was told they changed distribution and kept trying to order it but it had been cancelled and I should try other pharmacies to see if they would be able to get it.We’re changing to Walgreens for our medicine now.

I ordered over the phone from Florida, for my mom's birthday, I just asked that they make it really pretty for her with no decoration instructions and they exceeded my expectations, it was exactly what I had hoped for and more! The young lady that took my order was the sweetest! It was picked up this morning and my mom loves it!

just left the market side grill and will not return 25 minutes for 2 burger while a table of 6 who ordered after us got all their food waitress was extremely rude and had a snotty attitude was not busy but door dash orders were a priority over those that took the time to come in only to be treated like crap WONT RETURN!

I have had my dosage of my most important meds messed up when my doctor submitted it correctly. I have called to get two things refilled and they said it would be ready by three. I got at 7 and it is still not ready because no one ordered it. I call a day later they have one thing ready and not the other and said there is no record of anything with that prescription when I’ve picked it up several times and then ask for my phone number of file and mess that up too. Oh and the put me on hold and forgot about me and had no idea that I was still there and my very easy spelling last name is messed up and it takes three times as long. I’m not a new customer either. It use to be okay. I don’t know if they got new people but if they did they need to be trained better or let go.
